The Shores at Waikoloa # 115

Serene 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers appartement met grote wrap-around, prive Lanai gelegen op de 1e verdieping. Lanai heeft een eigen barbecue en een grote natte bar. Prive uitzicht op de tuin en de lagune. Gerenoveerde en bijgewerkte eenheid voor 6 personen. Een Cal kingsize bed in elke slaapkamer plus een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Smart-tv's in zowel slaapkamers als woonkamer.

De twee grote slaapkamers bevinden zich aan tegenovergestelde uiteinden van het appartement, dat privé is voor twee koppels. Kabel-tv en WIFI internet aanwezig. Centrale airconditioning, nieuwe apparaten, wasmachine / droger en een volledig uitgeruste keuken.

The Shores is een gated community en het appartement biedt een toegewezen vonken ruimte. Het zwembad en bubbelbad zijn zichtbaar vanuit het appartement en op slechts een korte wandeling naar de fitnessruimte en tennisbanen. Op loopafstand van het strand (A-Bay), Lava Lava Beach Club, restaurants en zowel de Kings & Queens Shops. Waikoloa Beach resort beschikt over 4 premier golfbaan, weelderige en prachtige landschap door het hele resort, leuk voor wandelaars.

Dit is een geen huisdieren, niet roken eigendom. Minimum verblijf van 4 nachten, 10 nachten tijdens Kerstmis. Belastingnummer Hawaii: 037-271-7568-01. Hawaii County introduceerde onlangs een vakantieverordening in april 2019, de aanvraag van deze accommodatie werd geaccepteerd en het certificaat is in behandeling.

Nice condo layout with 2 bds on opposite ends; lots of privacy. Large bathrooms but a small kitchen. Neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping centers; 30 minutes from Kailua-Kona. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location but could really focus on cleaning

Pros- great location, size of space, consistant communication, and fabulous grounds.Cons- cleanliness ( carpets were straight up gross, showers had hair clumps left in them, bedding was stained, food residue on counters, and lanai outside bar completely unusable)If you are looking for space and are willing to clean this is the spot for you. We were pretty disappointed but after a few hours of our own cleaning we could enjoy our time.

Great property and wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the patio area and spent a lot of sitting outside, enjoying drinks and the fresh air. There were 4 of us … our two adult children and my husband and I. The resort is beautiful and in a great location for walking to many places … Queen’s Marketplace, the beach, etc. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful time on the Big Island

Beautiful/ well layed out condo, bottom/1st floor, loved the lanai/patio location. Separate bedrooms x 2 for couples/opposite ends with full bathrooms/huge showers in each. Was not a fan of kitchen, very small and pots/pans showing their age but was clean. Would stay there again even with the kitchen limitations.

Wonderful trip

We loved the large outdoor space and the location near the pool. The glass and mirrors were spotless. The kitchen could use a deep clean --backsplash, faucet, light switches, and musty cabinets with nasty shelf liner. We had a great time and will return to Kona next year.

1st but not last visit

Before I review the property I would like to praise the people at Kona Coast vacations. They were polite, attentive and responsive. They resolved an appliance issue quickly and effectively even BEFORE we arrived and went out of their way not to disrupt our vacation. It was much appreciated. The unit was a good size, with a large Lanai and king size beds and well stocked. The location was good for the needs of 2 couples who like peace and quiet. The complex has a good pool and several good BBQs in 3 different locations. We are hoping to return next year.

Paradise!

The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable and well stocked with household cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Loved the lanai looking out over the pond and the birds singing every morning. Beautifully kept property and lovely grounds. Host was quick to respond to inquiries prior to stay and while visiting the island. Would highly recommend this property for your Big Island stay!

Paradise!

This condo was a perfect place for my family. We were traveling with my kiddos under the age of 8 and my Mom-in-law who is 80. It was easily accessible for everyone in our party, being that it was on the first floor. And the outside patio is so lovely and relaxing with 3 little nooks to eat, read a book or just chat and relax. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Hawaiian Paradise

This was our second stay at the Waikoloa Shores condominiums and we will be back again. The condominium complex is small, yet elegant with extraordinarily beautiful landscaping of tropical flowers and beautiful palm/ coconut trees . Several lovely koi ponds with waterfalls completed this Hawaiian jewel . Waikoloa Shores is situated close to the Waikoloa shopping complex that you can walk to. Also just a short drive and you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The condominiums are large , two king bedrooms with beautiful walk- in shower bathrooms. All appliances, dishes and Beach accessories are avalible for a beautiful vacation.

Perfect condo for 2 couples

The Shores at Waikoloa is tucked away off the main road. It is quiet, peaceful and close to Kings and Queens Market, a walkable distance. This condo is perfect for 2 couples. The bathrooms and showers are spacious and newly renovated. Unit is clean and well maintained. We had a couple light bulbs out when we arrived, a quick call to Kona coast Vacations service and within an hour they changed the bulbs. We enjoyed the sprawling lanai that overlooks the pond and the pool. Perfect place for your morning coffee before starting your busy day. The grounds are lush and beautiful, which attracts many birds, Which I loved. Koa fish in the ponds are huge! Grounds were very well maintained, pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. I would definitely return to this unit our next trip.
