U zult genieten van onze gastronomische keuken met nieuwe apparaten, granieten toonbanken en elk klein apparaat dat u maar wilt of nodig heeft. Inclusief espressomachine, rijstkoker, slowcooker, sappers, etc.

Onze nieuwe Lanai-meubels zijn net aangekomen - oh, zo gezellig!

Stenen en betegelde vloeren doorheen. Mooie tropische tapijten op de vloeren. - Alle badkamers zijn gerenoveerd. Je voelt je alsof je in een spa bent!

We hebben een nieuwe grote flatscreen smart-tv in de woonkamer en de slaapkamer.

Het is slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het strand van dit appartement. . Een port-een wieg en een kinderstoel zijn beschikbaar zonder extra kosten. Alle beddengoed worden verstrekt inclusief strandlakens. Boogieplanken, een ijskist, strandparasol, strandspeelgoed en lichtgewicht opvouwbare strandstoelen zijn inbegrepen bij de kamer.

Perfect Kona Condo for golf and beach

Amazing condo with adorable tropical decor and everything you could need for a great stay. Kitchen was was incredibly equipped including all the tiki barware and a chilled bottle of bubbly in the fridge. Big fluffy beach towels and toys and the view was perfect. Wonderful condo in Waikoloa

Sylvia’s Vista Waikoloa was amazing. Having two primary rooms with attached bathrooms was so convenient for my husband and I and our adult son. The beds were super comfortable. Everything in the condo is high quality from the bedding to the towels to the decor. Would highly recommend and will stay again. The location can’t be beat.

What a beautiful resort condo - nothing lacking! We were so busy the whole time and hardly relaxed so we didn’t get a chance to write in the guest book. Well equipped spacious condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay, the location is great, walking to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach! The condo was the best equipped VRBO I’ve ever seen with every kitchen accoutrement you could think of and very nice updates and appliances. There is also every beach toy or accessory one could need which came in handy. A question came up during our stay and Sylvia was so quick to respond also messaging us the first day to make sure we got in and everything was to our liking. The roomy patio had a great view of the mountains, golf and pretty sunsets, this was the most used space in the condo with well appointed outdoor furniture and seating. We did use the golf discount which was worth while. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Perfectly Located Condo

This rental was such a pleasure to stay in! The owner has really gone over and above to offer an exceptional condo. I love the two en-suite master bedroom set up. The furnishings are comfortable and high end. Everything is new and beautiful. It is walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Great discount golf. We loved sleeping under the ceiling fans at night. It kept us cool and we really felt like we were in Hawaii. The three mountain view over the golf course from the lanai is truly spectacular. The kitchen was THE best equipped rental kitchen I have ever seen and it also had lots of things like soy sauce, specialty salts, spices, baking supplies, and much more. I very much appreciated the rice cooker too! All in all, a really wonderful rental, especially if you want discount golf at the Waikoloa course.

FABULOUS!

We really loved this condo! We have stayed in 2 other condos in Vista Waikaola, and this was the best by far. It was very well-appointed, very comfortable, and had SUCH a great kitchen. We had everything we needed, plus some. There were many great places to sit and relax, inside and out. The view of the mountains is incredible. I loved watching the sunrise from the the lanai every morning - just magical! We also loved communicating with the owner. We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be back.

The condo doesn’t feel like a rental. With the well appointed kitchen, comfortable rooms, updated bathrooms and many extras/amenities that give it a personal touch. Comfortable and well stocked condo in good location

Our family had a great stay in this condo. Sylvia was great to work with and very responsive. Overall, a very clean and comfortable condo, including the beds. The wrap around lanai is wonderful with a golf course view. This condo is very close to stores. This was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. There were extra appliances like a coffee grinder and air popper, fun dinnerware, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, fins and the beach wagon was great to use. Plus essentials like sanitizer. We chose to drive to beaches a little further away. The decor was Hawaii themed with lots to look at and enjoy. We really appreciated the extra touches in this condo. We did have small ants in the kitchen. We had to take care to seal everything up tightly. Overall this was a great condo and we would stay here again

Great location and lots of amenities

We loved our stay at Vista Waikoloa. Sylvia is quick to respond and so helpful. The walk to the beach is short and the condo has everything you could want and more. It was so nice to have beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolers, ice packs, etc all there and ready to go. The Lanai is huge and the kitchen is very well stocked. We were even able to host dinner one night for our family of 20 and everyone had a place to sit. We would love to stay again if we get a chance to visit the Big Island again.

Dream Dream Dream Dream Dreeeeaaam!!

This condo was one of the most beautiful parts of our trip we visited Hilo to tour the Hamakua Chocolate Farm what an awesome tour also visited A-Bay, Kikue and 49 Black Sands Beach. At the latter of the two the snorkeling was wonderful. Our best meals were at the condo with a beautiful views. Kona brewery was fun to stop at and very reasonable to have lunch. We visited with our Wrangell, Alaska friends who now live on the island here what fun that was! We had star fruit fresh Ahi tuna steaks and the company was awesome! We highly recommend this condo as it is located in a perfect place. We also host our own vacation rental and we have to say that there is everything you need right here in this condo to be comfortable and have an enjoyable relaxing vacation! Hence the title of the review!

Perfect place a family

We just came back from our vacation and the location of this condo as well as the condo itself were perfect for my family. It is so close to the beach and a short drive from other beaches along the north-west part of the island. So we would spend the first half of the day there and the second half at the pool or relaxing on the balcony, and in the evening go to the beach again to see those magnificent sunsets. The condo has everything and more than a family would need. It is in a perfect condition, and has my dream kitchen :) Sylvia was a perfect host, always responsive to our needs or to answer our questions. She truly wants her guests to have the best experience! Graduation trip

I wife and I and to how our children enjoyed this property for 12 nights on a graduation trip with our kids. The property was superb in every way everything you needed was already there including everything to go to the beach even a little wagon to pull your stuff in. Super clean beautiful property. And we will definitely be coming back.
