Er is een schoon, tropisch gevoel aan de oceaan Ma'alaea Kai # 202, met zijn bamboevloeren, plantation shutters en kleurrijke eilandkunst. Het resort is rustig, afgelegen en toch centraal gelegen op het eiland voor gemakkelijk pendelen (15 tot 40 minuten) naar de meeste attracties op Maui. De slaapkamer is sereen, met een queensize bed; de woonkamer heeft een slaapbank; en de badkamer heeft een mooie inloopdouche - deze combineren om het appartement comfortabel te maken voor 4 personen. Bereid maaltijden in de mooie keuken of op de zorgvuldig onderhouden BBQ-stations om te genieten op je Lanai, met zijn prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan. Blijf koel met plafondventilatoren en 2 gedeelde A / C's, en verbonden met aanvullende kabel-tv en snel internet.
Buiten is alles prachtig onderhouden, het verwarmde zwembad, het BBQ-station met gasgrills, de rand van houtskoolgrills, de lijn van ligstoelen op het luxe gazon en de tropische planten en het landschap. Meer is alles aan zee; van je unit of het terrein waarop je de voorkeur hebt gegeven aan wat er in de baai gebeurt: zonsopkomsten en -sessies, de heldere, heldere maan, de ongelooflijk betoverde, sterrennachthemel. . . havenboten vol met gasten op avonturen, outrigger canoers, stand-up paddlers, snorkelaars en surfers - en tijdens het walvisseizoen, Humpback Whales join de mix om lucht acrobatische schendingen uit te voeren en demonstraties van verschillende tuiten, spins en slaps-recht voor je, uit en aan, de hele dag door.

In de omgeving zijn twee te ontdekken attracties - in het oosten ligt Sugar Beach, een stuk kustlijn van 2,5 km dat ononderbroken is door gebouwen van welke aard dan ook. Kies uw tempo: slenteren, wandelen, wandelen, joggen, wandelen of helemaal naar N gaan. Kihei. Ontvang een aantal drankjes en ga terug naar de thuisbasis - je wordt nog een dag verlengd. De haven ligt op een paar minuten lopen naar het westen - het is waar je aan boord gaat van de boten voor de oceaanavonturen die je hebt geboekt - snorkeltrips, zonsondergangzeilen en walvistochten in het seizoen. In de buurt van het resort verblijven heeft zeker voordelen!

I enjoyed the pool and listening to the ocean during our stay. We slept with the windows open and the breezes were wonderful. During the days when it was hot, the AC worked great! Check in was quite easy and the only complaint which was easily remedied is that the tap water is unpleasant to drink so we bought bottled water and a bag of ice.

We were very happy with the condo throughout our stay. The location is great - close to anything you need, yet more secluded and quiet than condos in town. The unit itself is clean, well maintained and has a very comfortable bed. The owners provide all the beach provisions you could need. The check in and out process was seamless. It was wonderful sitting on the lanai and watching the sea turtles swimming right off the end of the property. We definitely hope to rent this condo again on our next trip to Maui.

Almost always windy here at Maalaea. When it calmed to breezy it was nice. Enjoyed whale and turtle watching from the lawn. Condo was great.

We had a beautiful stay at this property! The balcony looks right out at the ocean and it was beautiful! We were also able to go right up to the water and there were plenty of lounge chairs to sit and watch the sunrise/sunset on the water. Also, there were tons and tons of turtles at all hours of the day right along the water playing and finding food. The apartment was clean and the communication was great. Thank you again! We had a blast!

The condo was very clean and well managed. Such as awesome location with lot of turtles on the sea. Walkable to Maui aquarium and another beautiful beach. Night view is awesome. Check-in process was awesome and the property manager was always available for any questions. Will definitely come back. Five Stars👌👌👌👌👌

My mom can't get around easily. This property had a great view was walker friendly. The bathroom had a bar in the easily accessible shower. There was an elevator to the 2nd floor. We used Gammie medical supplies to rent a raised toilet seat and transfer wheelchair.

Location & facility wonderful. Immaculately cared for & quiet. Pool is wonderful. Parking better on street than lot. Unit overall well appointed with household & beach items. However a bit tired, needing some repairs & upgraded cleaning.

Loved the stay at this property! The unit sits right in front of the sea . Awesome for a morning and evening walk. You have a small “private “ beach that you can enjoy wetting your feet . The until was very clean and well stocked. It’s close to your location yet away from the crowd . The only challenge we had was parking . But we managed it and didn’t have much issues. I will definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Maui for years and absolutely love this property. This unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Minus salt and pepper. One nice surprise was that they had suntan lotion and aloe gel in the unit. There were also all the beach toys you could imagine. The bed was super soft and comfortable and the towels nice and fluffy. We always look forward to returning to Maui, and this property is our go to place. We would reserve this unit again if available. Also, the property management team that we rent through are amazing! We have booked through them for years and will continue since they always take great care of their clients. Aloha!

My family thoroughly enjoyed out stay, The view is breathtaking. The condo is stocked with all the essentials like beach towels, boogie boards, fins, 2 beach chairs, cooler, and plenty of bath towels. The kitchen has plenty of pots, silverware, cups, and dishwasher soap. There is one laundry detergent and no dispenser in the laundry room. so bring your own laundry soap. The yearly owners were friendly to us as well.

The balcony had most amazing Sunrise views! The pool was empty for the most part, so we could enjoy it quietly as well as sitting by the Ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay at the convenient location. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

We had a pleasant in spite of the minor inconveniences. Whether we will stay again or not depends on what is available comparably in Kihei or other locations. The condo has a nice view but there is big wall of neighboring condo to the right blocking the 180 degrees view. One gets more like a 130 degree view. It's not usual and the pictures don't show that, they were carefully taken to not show that wall. The condo is upgraded but the upgrades are not the best. Like bathroom shower doesn't have a colorable door causing water to splash outside the shower area. Bath needs some careful maneuvers. Furniture is dated and just OK, we barely stayed in the condo so it didn't matter. Some units have Washer/Dryer inside while this condo didn't have it. Not an issue but could've been plus if it had. Overall the condo is better than many others that are poorly maintained in Hawaii. It has air-conditioning too! Many condos seem to be adding a/c now that some days get really hot during summer. The location and grounds are great however, the cross winds are a huge issue. It's not a condo building or management issue as it's related to Mother Nature and it's plan for the area. Maalaea area itself has crosswinds issue and the wind can drive people crazy at time (evenings, night time, sometimes even mornings). It gets difficult to enjoy the ocean breeze or balconies when the wind is strong. Drive to Kihei and it's all gentle and pleasant. We stayed in the same area a couple of times before and wind has always been the issue at least a few days during our 2 week stay. the wind can be so strong that it can make little kids fly :) Overall, Paradise is never a disappointment, we had a pleasant stay and time in Maui, loved all the food.

The condo had everything you could need, well supplied and very comfortable. Maalaea beach is a little distance away, but the central location of Maalaea is great for getting to other parts of the island- Kihei, West Maui or driving north and to upcountry. We were very pleased with this rental.

This property is picture perfect with tasteful, high end finishes and a stunning ocean front view. Management was quick to respond and replace the microwave when it stopped working. I have stayed in many vacation rentals, but none were as spotlessly clean and well stocked as this one. The grounds are impeccable and the swimming pool looks right onto the ocean. The location is conveniently situated central to all areas of the island. I would highly recommend this for a solo traveller, couple or family as it is much bigger and even nicer than the photos show. Mahalo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view from the balcony is why we booked this property in the first place and it did not disappoint. It was so nice to drink our coffee there in the mornings and sip our wine at night. You can see turtles swimming in the ocean in the evening. The view is really amazing. We didn’t spend too much time at the condo because we were adventuring on the island. It was very nice that they provided everything you need to go to the beach. The toilet was acting up while we were there and property management reached out to us quickly to resolve the issue. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool on the property was just OK. The neighborhood is very small and quiet. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
