'My best friend and I stayed here and we loved it. We stayed in the Maui section in room 110. it overlooked the ocean and also the back area of the hotel, which has a fireplace a gazebo and a pool. It was just amazing.'

'Location location location . Clean close to wave action all the amenities you need.'

'Very clean and modern rooms. Beds were very comfortable.'

'The room was very clean and it was quite and relaxing! We will be back'

'When we checked in to our room we took the green clean for our room. Got to our room and floors had not been swept or vacuumed. Spoke to front desk and she said they would take care of it. Returned to the hotel after being gone all day and it was not taken care of. The floor was gritty, had paper and stuff in carpet. Disgusting to walk on. We were also informed at check in there would be no elevator for our check out day. Our room was on the 4th floor. We were told to use the stairwell. Got to...

'We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. het grote pluspunt is de het mooie terras aan de Intercoastal Waterway. Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een lekker ontbijt. '

'Nice beds, but ADA bathroom was difficult because of oddly short shower curtain that allowed the tile floor to get soaked and slippery. Lots of little flying bugs in bathroom. Other than those aspects, the room was fine. Typically, the TV was difficult to navigate.'

'Fijn uitzicht op de oceaan. Mooi hotel en vriendelijk personeel zeker een aanrader.'

'Fine'

'There was a couple of big roaches we saw but otherwise it was a very good time'

'Vieze geur in het appartement was penetrant en erg storend.'

'First room was dirty- someone else’s hair was all in the sheets- that clearly hadn’t been changed. Switched rooms and it was somewhat cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was mildewed badly and the whole hotel smells musty. All linens were musty and dingy. Would not stay here again. Bed was also awful, like sleeping on box springs. Hard hard. 10/10 would not recommend if cleanliness is important to you!'

'The entire experience from check in to check out was exceptional. Michelle took great care of us as did the general manager. Booked a return trip in Dec.'

'The worst experience. The room was filthy. The sliding door was broke with lock, Injured my right thumb trying to unlock door. I have pictures Requested a 7am wake up call and received a call at 718am by a live person asking if i receives my 7am wake call, what a joke. I was rushing to get to my appointment then. The bistro bar was not operational, broken coffee maker. I now have a stye on my right eye after sleeping in that disgusting room. Asked management for a call, still have not received a...

'We stayed for one night it was an easy check in the rooms are really big but the deck outside needed a facelift and I see that they are doing work and I hope that they'll work on the balconies that's the only complaint'
