De Sugarbush Tiny House / Cabin is voltooid in januari 2019 en is een gezellige, maar comfortabele, 152 SF ruimtebesparend ontwerp. U zult verrast zijn hoe het Tiny House veel groter dan zijn grootte leeft.

The Tiny House bevindt zich op 3. 2 hectare bebost bos aan de voet van Mount Ellen / Sugarbush. U kunt skiën vanaf Lower FIS of Snowflake en de hellingen zijn korte wandeling (ongeveer 1/3 mijl) naar de basis parkeerplaats / shuttle.

The Tiny House steunt op Lockwood Brook en 20+ hectare grond in Sugarbush.

Het Tiny House beschikt over een Amerikaanse lederen comfortabele slaapbank die wordt beschouwd als de meest comfortabele slaapbank op de markt. Het is een technologisch wonder, gemakkelijk te gebruiken en de schuimmatras staat garant voor een goede nachtrust.

De verrassend goed uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van een koelkast, een inductiebrander, heteluchtoven, Keurig K-cup koffiezetapparaat en vaatwasser. Een volledig assortiment kookgerei is aanwezig. Je zult verrast zijn hoeveel ruimte je hebt om een maaltijd te bereiden als je dat wilt!

The Tiny House heeft een 12 'kathedraalplafond. Verwarming wordt verzorgd door vloerverwarming, een 4000-watt Micathermic high output wandverwarming en een NuTone 1500-watt verwarming / ventilator in de badkamer. Het Tiny House blijft gemakkelijk zo warm als je wilt, zelfs bij temperaturen onder nul!

Hoge snelheid internet (100Mb omlaag / 100Mb omhoog) en WIFi. Stream uw favoriete programma's op de 55-inch Vizio Smart TV met Chromecast.

Een sleutel wordt verstrekt aan de onverwarmde opslagloods (72SF) voor gasten om bagage of uitrusting op te bergen / op te bergen.

Er is een Loft (niet afgebeeld) in het Tiny House die wordt gebruikt voor eigenaaropslag en is verboden voor gasten.

Er zijn duidelijk zichtbaar buiten beveiligingscamera's die de ramen / deur van het Tiny House en in de opslagloods beschermen.

Winkelen en al uw vakantiebehoeften zijn in Waitsfield / Irasville, op 4-5 mijl afstand.

Tijdens de wintermaanden rijdt de Mad River Valley gratis pendeldiensten van Mount Ellen naar Lincoln Peak naar Shopping in Irasville / Waitsfield en veel tussenstops!

Na boeking op HomeAway stuurt de gastheer de gast een afzonderlijke bevestiging en een huurcontract waarin de voorwaarden van de huur worden beschreven. Er wordt om creditcardinformatie gevraagd en deze wordt alleen gebruikt in geval van schade aan de huur tijdens het verblijf van de gast.

Cute house, neat and tidy both inside and out. All the conveniences of home tucked away inside. The sofa bed was comfortable, and the shower area was spacious. The host responded quickly to any questions. Great location within a couple miles of the town itself. We had a great stay!

We loved our stay at the Sugarbush Tiny House! It was the perfect location, close to great coffee, shops, and restaurants. Very close to outdoor recreation as well. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The property is stunning! We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location and Amazing Price

The location near the mountain, the peace and quiet, the view from the cabin, and the cabin itself is amazing and perfect for a group of 2 or less. The cabin supplies pretty much everything someone needs to live comfortably, it was clean, well kept and cozy. The price was very reasonable. The owner is very respectful, helpful, and communicative! The only gripe I have is the road leading in to the cabin is terrible, especially after a storm. It’s made of dirt and a little bit of gravel. If you don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you gotta gun it in and out, and pray you don't get stuck. I hope the residence of the neighborhood come up with a better solution to make that road into something better. Besides that, HIGHLY recommend this place!

This Tiny house is very close to Mt Ellen lifts - convenient for ski and snowshoeing. It is quiet and has beautiful views. Perfect for two people. The host is excellent- just the right info at the right time... everything was on point. My daughter loved the Tiny house - very unique experience. Our girls weekend was just perfect. Five stars experience!

Mike and Joan’s tiny house has a remote and private feel while offering modern and comfortable amenities just minutes from anything you may need. I was struck by the efficient and thoughtful design of the home and how much larger the space felt do to intelligent layout features.

A Quiet and Comfortable Sugarbush Getaway

The tiny home is well designed and beautifully built, maximizing a small footprint. You will find everything you need and luxuries you might not expect. The location could not be better, just down the road from Mt. Ellen's base. All kinds of activities are available just around the corner regardless of the time of year. A couple of things to prepare for: 1. As the owner mentions, If you're traveling in the winter, an all-wheel-drive vehicle with good tires is highly recommended. The road is local, and there's a slight incline to the drive that without these, you might get stuck after a snow storm. 2. My partner and I were surprised by the curtain-only restroom divider. Communication with Mike is effortless, and his response time was always quick if needed. I would recommend staying here, and we certainly look forward to revisiting Vermont!

The Tiny House was perfect for a short getaway to enjoy winter sports in a nice, convenient location. The house is just big enough for a couple to enjoy affordable, modern amenities after a day of skiing at Mt. Ellen or snowshoeing right outside your door. The owners were very nice & helpful. We hope to visit again.
