'Good price point for a two bedroom apartment. We were on 10th floor so minimal noise. Location is so convenient with bus interchange and train station less than 3 minute walk. Room serviced everyday. Really enjoyed having wash machine in the room with laundry powder provided. Staff were very friendly and helped us swap out worn out items such as iron, fry pan and oven tray. They even provided an air dryer for clothes when we asked. Amazing views of Mount Eden and CBD Skyline. Only let downs...

'Ons verblijf in Proximity Apartments in Manukau was op zich goed. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit, alles wat netjes schoon. Alleen was het jammer dat wij aan de voorkant van het hotel aan een groot plein sliepen op deze vrijdagavond, want er was tot zeer diep in de nacht veel muziek en druk gepraat op de terrassen van de bars, die aan dit plein en bij de mall gesitueerd waren.'

'Awesome communication with the host Chanae, they made sure we had everything we needed for an easy comfortable stay. We enjoyed waking up to the Manu and the misty green hills views. Hikoi at the beach, playing/ eating our meals amongst the fresh quiet ngahere filled with rongoā rakau. Cute visits from their kuri, reo Māori games, nice warm and cozy unit. Highly recommend ! 'My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. '

'From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. Thanks for a great stay and looking after me so well '

'Our stay at this property had a mix of positives and disappointments. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our immediate family to spread out, but also gather around the table for shared meals. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. It had discolored water and floating empty alcohol cans. The spa pool was damaged...

'We like this house - it has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The showers were really good. The beds comfy enough - although some of our group found they needed another blanket. It is super clean. You need a degree to work out the stove & micowave but between us we figured it out.Lots of parking and easy to find.Quiet enough for Auckland.The house needs some maintenance - door bars need replacing in toilet and top of stairs.One sliding door to bedroom was off the rails and would not open close...

'The setting is really lovely, night or day, sunny or cloudy. What a view- better than the photos! The house is charming, spacious, with just the right amenities and atmosphere. The bed we slept in was super comfy. Michael and Mina are extremely nice, respectful, and easy going. Glad we rented a car. There was a spot just for us, and we drove up (the narrow roads for this American driver take a little getting used to...but , everyone is polite.) the road to nearby cafes and markets. "I recently stayed at Pullman for multiple days and was deeply disappointed with the overall hospitality and service, which fell far short of my expectations for a high-end establishment. - The Room Views: The view from my room was utterly dismal, facing a noisy and unsightly construction site. - Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was meager and unappetizing. Many items appeared stale or unfresh. Furthermore, buffet plates were not replenished regularly, and the coffee machines malfunctioned during my stay. - Check-in/Check-out: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly confusing and frustrating. The partial payment and charging procedures were the most convoluted I have ever encountered at any hotel. - Service Requests: Simple requests, such as borrowing an adapter for my electronic devices, were met with indifference or difficulty. The overall experience was more akin to a low-three-star hotel, despite the rooms being relatively new. The hotel's ambiance was cold and transactional, lacking the warmth and personalized service I've come to expect. Prior to my stay at Pullman, I stayed at the Millennium Hotel, where all the services I required were readily without any fuss. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was far superior, all at a fraction of the price I paid at Pullman."
