I feel carpet is disgusting in hotel rooms. I didn’t have to question any cleanliness here. I constantly saw staff providing upkeep to common areas. Lobby offered games, like Uno, for my youngest and a billiard table for the older folks. Complimentary breakfast was great. Every morning there was automatic made pancakes, 4 varieties of cold...

The hotel was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating and reserved a ground floor room on the second night so that we could easily access the exit to take our dog for a walk. 'So sad the weather was terrible because their outside patio is so cute and pool area looked nice too. Decent size gym too. Great, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms were a treat. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was one of the nicest ones we have seen in a while, warm food tasted pretty decent, milk, chocolate milk, an assortment of yoghurts and fruits in the fridge. Fresh fruit as well. Different waffles daily, a toaster that actually works and a pretty and comfortable seating...

'The state was very comfortable and in a great location. Lots of entertainment and amenities within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that when the cleaning staff came we were about to leave to allow them to get started and let them know it would be a couple minutes. By the time we left, maybe 10 minutes later, the staff had moved on and didn’t clean the room that day. Wasn’t a major problem, but it did stand out a little'
