'Upon arrival I was greeted by a cockroach crawling on the floor through the dark. I went back up to the front desk and the clerk tried passing it off like that’s normal in Florida. It’s not. I’ve lived here for 20 years and never seen a cockroach in a hotel before. I named him bed because he probably lives there. The clerk was nice a gave me a new room after I told him about Bed the cockroach. Also, there was some white substance on the counter. Idk what it was but these two things...

'Het personeel is niet goed op de hoogte van de ontbijt tijden. Het ontbijt is doordeweeks tot 09:00 uur. Als je iets voor 09:00 uur komt, wordt alles al weggehaald en wordt je chagrijnig aangekeken. De dame van de catering was ook alle drie de dagen chagrijnig, en kijkt hoeveel je eet en hoe je eet. Ze heeft totaal geen zin in haar baan. '
