    The Beach House at Tillicum is een modern huis aan de oceaan; de lay-out en locatie is perfect voor uw vakantie-ervaring. De op het westen gerichte ramen bieden een adembenemend, vrij uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan - op minder dan 100 meter afstand. Het is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen, te romantiseren en te herbronnen!

    Ontspan in het ruime bubbelbad buiten op slechts een steenworp afstand van het wrap-around dek, terwijl u luistert naar de machtige branding en naar de verre vissersboten kijkt. Volg ons privépad naar het zand voor strandjutten, vliegeren, verfrissende pistes of romantische wandelingen op eindeloze kilometers lichtjes bevolkte openbare stranden.

    Op het strand van Tillicum House wachten veel spectaculaire dingen op je. De monding van Big Creek - op een steenworp afstand van de achtertuin - verandert bijna dagelijks van oriëntatie, waardoor het uiterlijk van het strand verandert. Al meer dan 40 jaar hebben bezoekers van het strand hun namen in een gigantische boom gehouwen die aangespoeld werd tijdens de Grote Aardbeving van Alaska in 1964. Speelse zeehonden duiken graag hun hoofd op in de nabijgelegen golven en volgen mee terwijl je over het strand wandelt. Enkele van de beste walvisspotten in Oregon zijn ook te vinden in het nabijgelegen Cape Perpetua.

    Door te verblijven in Tillicum, bent u centraal gelegen tussen Florence en Newport, en op slechts enkele minuten van Waldport en historische jachten, waar u een verscheidenheid aan restaurants, activiteiten aan de oceaan en winkelplezier kunt vinden. Perfect Oceanside Getaway

This is our second time staying at this oceanside home. The location is perfect for us—steps away from a quiet beach, yet a few minutes easy drive to the Green Salmon coffee/tea house and many other restaurants, stores and shops, not to mention all the trails and parks to explore. With 2 bedrooms, both with adjoining bathrooms, we were more than comfortable after an evening of stargazing from the hot tub. We look forward to our next visit!

Amazing beach front

Very comfortable for a family get together. We enjoyed having the beach only steps away. After a trip to Newport for the aquarium and dinner at the Rogue brewery it was back to relax in the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back.

Waldport beach house

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental. The beach access was the best we have had after many trips to the Central Oregon Coast. Long beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed, including the hot tub. The rental company was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We love Yachats! This house has nice big windows to view the ocean. The beach is right down a short path and very few people there. Saw an amazing amount of stars from the hot tub. Clean and had everything you need. Very close to town which has great restaurants. Would love to stay again.

So, in January this year we rented the Tillicum house next door. We LOVE the huge uncrowded beach and Yachats. Our weather was like summer. The little house was neat as a pin right on the beach. Peter at Ocean Odyssey made everything easy. If there is ever any problem he is right there to take care of it. We have rented from him for all those years and consider him a good friend by now. Super good person. We recommend him and Kady (Partner at Ocean Odyssey) AND Ocean Odyssey absolutely!!

Beautiful memories

We absolutely loved everything about this place property manager was awesome they were easy to contact and very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed making the best memories here with my elderly mother and my sister and our dogs. We loved how easy beach access was we loved the privacy of the hot tub it was nice and hot! Idyllic Beach Getaway

Place was a short one minute walk from a wonderful broad and long beach. House was clean and comfy. Hot tub worked great. We were close to some great attractions like the aquarium . If we had not had the two year olds would have gone hiking on some of the forest trails nearby. Would recommend this place anytime.

The home itself is very comfortable and the views from the deck are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. Reynolds Creek is a few steps away and is just beautiful. Breathtaking sunrise and sunset views makes it feel like you are alone in paradise, no exaggeration.The shared driveway access makes it feel less private but only until you get inside and then you see you are surrounded by the marvelous hedges housing birds and bunnies.The home could use a new set of pots and pans, but we managed and it didn’t detract from the fact that we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

The location is perfect and the beach access was wonderful and easy for seniors to use. The kitchen pots and pans could use replacing but we managed just fine. The things that were less pleasant were not forseeable and certainly not controllable by the management. The home next door is also a rental and shares the entrance from the highway. The guests there could have been a bit quieter but it didn’t ruin our stay. The home to the left is having work done and again, distracting, but won’t ruin the experience. This is a lovely, pet friendly home, very, very comfortable. The decks are perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of tea or coffee and the beach area is breathtaking.
