'in general the stay was excellent, although it shows a sign of wear and tear in the balcony (it is still safe and sturdy) or in the spa/swimming area, all seem to keep in good condition. staff are all helpful and friendly, we were staying in the tiger bay floor (top floor) and it was quiet, the bed is comfortable and the view from the room is very nice. We will be staying again.'

"Dit hotel zit in een geweldig oud gebouw. Dat is heel leuk, maar je merkt het ook. Er wordt duidelijk geïnvesteerd in het moderniseren van het hotel, maar sommige delen van het gebouw tonen toch wel hun leeftijd.
De kamers zijn brandschoon, maar lichtelijk verouderd. Wij hadden een jacuzzi op de kamer, dat was geweldig."
