'Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back.'

'The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Plus there’s a microwave in the room.'

'The bedroom was a corner room and super spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. The hotel was clean and tidy and staff were accommodating. Breakfast was superb and the morning staff were friendly and helpful. The only item we had an issue with was the cold swimming pool. I had hoped it was heated but it wasn't and we only stayed in it for about 30 minutes. Other than that, great experience and super close to the Newport Aquarium.'

'I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.'

'I reserved a queen suite as we were coming from out of town for a surprise birthday party. Or flight got in earlier. I went in to check if we could get checked in early, the lady at the front said the room wasn’t ready and to give her my number and she would call once the room became available. We never got that call, after driving around for a bit, we came back that afternoon and was able to check in. We later discovered that the air in the front part of the suite was out. 'Over all the stay was good. Staff was helpful upon check in and even allowed for early check in. Room wasn’t to bad. Spacious but could have been cleaner. Our only issue came when the pool was closed for maintenance- which is fine but I wish they would have told us upon checking as it was a more deciding factor for us when booking.
