'This hotel is a gem. I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it! The cozy rooms in this beautiful old building, comfy beds, peaceful surrounds, the most wonderful rooftop breakfast area, little garden and living room/reception. And, a clear low waste ethos.
It has been our cocoon and a beautiful place to come ‘home’ to and relax in.

'Armoedig hotel. Ze hebben wel heel erg hun best gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken.
Maar prijs/kwaliteit klopte niet en buurt was ook niet fijn.

'Hotel Royal Castle is conveniently located near Kemp's Corner in Mumbai. The entrance was inconveniently covered in newspapers for the duration of the stay whilst it was unclear what kind of maintenance was being done. The room was reasonably quiet, clean and all basis functionalities were working, including hot water 24*7. 'The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive:
Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean.
Negative:
They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...
