The staff went above and beyond to ensure a happy stay. I would suggest another front desk person at peak check in time to make check in go a little quicker. Close to lots of things. '

charged for the water if I drank it because I wasn't a member of the .Hyatt club. And the price i paid for the 5 nights was expensive. I just might have a change of Hotels for my next trip to Ohio.
