'Lovely just lovely'

'Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area'

A lot of humidity in the room and it seemed damp. Went down once to ask a question to the person working the front desk - nowhere to be found. 'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised.'
