'Hotel zelf was best redelijk, typisch Engels, niet helemaal meer bij de tijd maar beslist niet slecht. Bed was wel een minpunt, hard. Kamer was ruim. Ontbijt prima (tegen 9 GBP bijbetaling). En zeer fijn: goede gratis parking achter slagboom. Gelegen tegenover een kerk met gras. Mijn grootste twijfel was de plaats Grimsby zelf waar dit hotel midden in staat. Wat is dat een enge plaats, vooral als de winkels dicht zijn. Opvallend veel obscure, luide types op straat, en geen politie te bekennen...

'If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there. Overall, a definite recommend!'

'Really nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and there’s a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didn’t know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again.'

'One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the...
