'The hotel was very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the 24 hour coffee in the lobby! The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. We were pleased our little dog was welcome and happy there was plenty of grass for her to explore! The only thing we would recommend is that the pillows were small and too squishy. 'The property was within driving range for our planned activities. Our problem had to do with the family above us. There were 3 children that stomped or marched from 6:15 am to 11:00 pm. Multiple visits to the room was made by the staff, nothing helped.'

'Slow check in, confused instructions as to breakfast and bar offers. Didn't seem to want to spare the time to take care of customers. Room was clean but communal areas and elevators were dirty. Not up to a reasonable standard.'

The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!'

We ask for milk for my grandson that’s 5 for milk, she was very rude and told us the milk was gone, she had already taken butter, and everything else out of refrigerator.'
