The Wangermeer Perle II is a charming semi-detached home located directly on Lake Wangermeer in Hohenkirchen and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. On the first floor, the bright entryway leads to a hallway, off of which you’ll find the guest restroom, the practical laundry room with a washing machine, and the coat closet. This leads to the inviting living and dining area, featuring an open, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area with a view of the garden, and an adjacent sitting area with a TV and access to the patio.

The staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a modern bathroom with a shower and two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and closets.

The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
