'We were welcomed by very warm and kind folks at the inn. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and property as a whole. Breakfast was great! Fruits and danishes were left out for guests.'

'Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents'

'We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area.'

'want to take a shower around 6:30 and the water was cold. I let it run and it remained cold the next morning I got up took a shower. It was nice and hot so I don’t know what’s going on with your water system.?'

'Rooms are very modern, up to date, and clean. The HVAC system is AMAZING. It adjusts to your settings very quickly and makes the room comfortable. Fridge and microwave are included which is a plus. TV has a lot of channels and you can use streaming apps. Parking is free and the hotel is in a great location. Last but not least, the staff is nice and very responsive. Requested towels and someone came about 5-10 minutes or so. I am overall very pleased with this hotel, it punches well...

'Perfectly nice stay for a night in Burlington, with convenient laundry facilities. The 2 queen suite was divided into two fairly small separate rooms with a door in between (bedroom/bath and kitchen/living area) so you can get some privacy from your travel companion.'

'Hot tub did not work was dirty. Pool was dirty.'

'Very expensive and we didn’t receive the Marriott member amenities. There was coffee but no cups. You had to pay for breakfast - the room for one night was over $400 and there was an additional charge of $29 for parking. I do not know if we will be coming back.'
