✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, with the exception of the basement and a few owner’s closets.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: I provide guests with a starter of basics you might need. More detail in the guide that I’ll send you after booking.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in the large driveway.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, plus several laptop-friendly workspaces.

✹ PETS: Not allowed.

✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended if you are planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.

✹ Note that the upstairs bedrooms are all interconnected, and access to Bedroom 5 is only available through one of the other upper-level bedrooms (Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 6).

✹ Note that the system will place a `hold` on your card for $1,000. This is instead of a security deposit. The hold will be automatically released a week after check-out (as long as no damage or excessive cleaning needed).
