'I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! '

'We very much enjoyed our stay, check in was a breeze and we found the cabin to be a cozy retreat. We have been looking for a place that had a bed and bath on first floor to accommodate some mobility limitations and this home was perfect having a single step on the front porch. We look forward to booking another trip with this host '

'Great place, fun little cozy spot. Not as secluded as it may appear in pictures. Farmhouse is about 100 feet away, and there are numerous other rentals nearby, so we had people walking around the house while we were there. Nice house, really enjoyed our stay, but not very private or secluded at all. If that’s ok with you, inside the place itself is nice.'

'It was a beautiful house only ten minutes from Stratton! Plenty of rooms with comfortable beds. They provided towels and soaps and all the necessities. However one of the reasons that we booked this house specifically was because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was unusable the entire weekend. You had to hop over a wire to get to the hot tub. 'The perfect house! Scheduled a family get together for my 2 son’s family …11 of us. 6 children between ages 3-13 and 5 adults. First of all the communication with Jason was incredible. Prompt response for every message! The house was immaculate and above and beyond the description. So well appointed and arranged. 2 bunk rooms for the children and 3 bedrooms and baths for adults. 'The Jelly Mill is in a quiet setting, surrounded by forest and with a lovely little river across the road. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Noela & Mike are great hosts and give very clear information. Overall, we found it to be a peaceful 'home base' for visiting local family.'

'The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat. If the air conditioning was working it would’ve been really nice .'

'We love this property for a family/friends vacation. It allows everyone to have their own bed/bath. The backyard has a fenced in area for our dog and multiple firepits (which we did not use this year due to the drought in the area).
