'The only thing is the valet parking area could be a lot cleaner and have clear signage where to park. We arrived past 1 AM and it was not clear. The staff was great but they were not there at arrival.'

'Breakfast was really good. Nice choices. Unfortunately there's not much room to sit. Parking is no longer included. At check in there was a sign stating that parking was extra. Their lot isn't big, so it's understandable, but the parking fee should be added to the hotel info. The pool is not for swimming, just to sit in and cool off as there are permanent benches on each side. There are a couple convenient fast food places within walking distance and a supermarket next door.'

'We had a fabulous stay at the Luskin Hotel at UCLA. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and thoughtfully handled. A special thank you to Milton, who took care of us from check-in to check-out and attended to our daily needs throughout the stay. His attentiveness and anticipation of what we needed felt like having a personal butler, the kind of service you usually only find at ultra-luxury properties. He made our visit truly memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful. The decor...

'This location is amazing. Everything was so clean and the staffs were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!'

'On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry.'
