'Clean room and friendly staff'

'Extremely dirty and DANGEROUS. Drug deals going on all night. Cockroaches everywhere. No soap or towels. Front desk not staffed when we arrived. Called on phone for somebody to show up. Paint falling off walls, trash everywhere. The shower did work and the toilet did flush. Super creepy. This facility should not be marketed on Expedia for any price.'

'Our family got to spend in the area and see a few highlights in Pensacola. We had our dog and this property having a fenced yard made it a slam dunk for our group. We would stay again. Our host Matt was prompt in communicating and friendly. We would stay longer on our next trip!'

'Property was good not in the best of neighborhoods but no negative things occurred during our stay. The games were a plus but some are missing pieces and the dry erase markers need to be replaced. Lol.'

'We had a great family vacation here while visiting my niece who is stationed at the naval base! It’s a 10 minute drive to the base, less than 5 minutes to a store, and walking distance to a walking trail around the water. The house was fully stocked with so many amenities not listed on the website, we were so thrilled and surprised! Great host. We will stay here again when we are back visiting the NAS naval academy! '

'Precious little cottage! Perfect for our stay to see the Blue Angels. We went to the kayak launch in the description as well. Very nice. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Easy access & good communication with host. Definitely recommend. '
