Super hotel, centraal gelegen oude binnenstad!
Super kamer, hadden een appartement van alle gemakken voorzien! Centraal gelegen in de oude binnenstad, dichtbij leuke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Personseel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hyvä sijainti, jos olet kiinnostunut vanhasta kaupungista. Ihanat jouluvalot alkoivat aivan hotellin edestä. Italialaistyylinen ravintola ja kahvila olivat samassa rakennuksessa. Hyvä aamiainen tarjottiin miellyttävässä ympäristössä. Aulabaari ei ollut viihtyisä. Olimme jo toivoneet kylpyhuoneesta, jossa on suihku, mutta saimme kylpyammeen. Vaatekaappi ja keittokomero olivat mukava yllätys tilavassa huoneessa. Viereinen Irsih Pub pilasi viimeisen iltamme ja yömme. Äänekäs elävä musiikki jatkui kello 1:een asti. Taksit ovat edullisia, kyyti lentokentältä hotellille maksaa noin 50 PLN. Taksin vähimmäishinta on 15 PLN ja sillä matkustaa jo kohtuullisen matkan.

Nice and very clean property. Great location. Close to many attractions. No elevators thought. No one helped me with the begs during check out, that's the only negative comment I have about the hotel.

From the beginning, after booking the hotel, the hotel staff was rude, cold, and awful when I inquired and tried to book their hotel shuttle service. Then when I arrived to check-in the hotel staff was just as rude, cold, and awful, and I felt like I had to lock up my luggage until the room was able. They refused to let me use the restroom. The whole experience was terrible even though the hotel itself was in a good location. I will never stay at this hotel again. Supposedly a 5 star hotel, but was the worse hotel out of 9 hotels when less stars

We are very sorry to hear about your experiences, however we need to clarify a few points. We have sent you a standard message with transfer options. You arrived at the hotel at 7 am, standard check in is at 3 pm. There was no request from you for an early check in, you were checked in as soon as possible - at noon. We just asked if you wanted to leave your luggage in our storage during waiting time and no one was rude or cold. No one ever would refuse to use a restroom in our hotel. What are incredible hotel, the place is beautiful and gracious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s the best location in Warsaw, right at the edge of the historic old town, easy walk to the historic center, shops, restaurants, public transport and historic attractions. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location and facilities, service that do
Hotel located in a magnificent mansion in the center of Warsaw. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of the Old Town. The hotel's restaurant is a bit small, with luxurious decoration and a good breakfast menu (not included in the cost). It also has a very good pastry shop (although with limited and inattentive staff). The room is luxurious, with a serene and elegant decoration and a suitable and clean bathroom. However, it is a hotel with only 20 rooms that seems to be used more for events than for accommodation at that level. Therefore, considering its value and level, one would expect more services and more attentive care. There is a sense of limited and young staff, with limited attention to guests. Thus, the service falls short of what is expected in an accommodation of this price and category.

Definitely Hotel Bellotto is not a 5-star hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean, but the rest of the hotel, including the staff in the lobby, deserves 1-star. The picture of the lobby that is displayed is not accurate, as it really looks like a room from City Hall. If someone is looking for a 3-star hotel, this would be perfect. But it is not worth the money for a 5-star hotel.

A beautiful hotel highly recommended. Great location only 2 minutes walk to the old town. Rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and very spacious with all facilities you could need. Good choice at breakfast aswell. Would definitely stay again. A
