These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. Our place is located within a residential apartment building. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

In this unbeatable spot you will have everything you need right at your fingertips. Neighboring the Potomac river, separating Virginia and DC, you are able to get the best of both worlds. The Rosslyn area houses some high-rise buildings which form the iconic Arlington skyline. With the feel of a true urban environment you will never have to go far to find some of the best shops in the neighborhood.

Go exploring, cross the Key Bridge and visit George town or walk to the National mall in 30 min. Dive into our history and marvel at the iconic monuments and memorials. But do not forget to spoil yourself in the courthouse area, home to over 25 bars and restaurants where you will be sure to find something of your taste.
Tired of walking? With the Rosslyn Metro station 5 minutes away from you, you will be anywhere easily and in a flash.

Other Things to Note:
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose
By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance by my rental agreement and condition of the booking.
- Date change requests that shorten or move a reservation are considered following our cancellation policy.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Check-in instructions will only be sent if the deposit has been received.

Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
