Shower was clogged for a day since the drainage didn’t work at all or till over very long time. No house keeping showed up for two days, and floor was too loud woth running ac system,

Ralph, the guy at the front desk who does checkin is terrible. Treated me like a dog, threw my door key on the floor in front of the entire crowd. He also forced me to take a terrible room. I got a different room after several conversations. The staff who were working during the weekend were nice. I will never stay at this property anymore. Very bad treatment. They also ask in line for everything again and again. They should have a better customer service and treatment. They are in year before 1775. Very bad people at Hilton there.

We stayed for a night. Check in was smooth. Staff were professional and helpful. The bar and the food were good. Except for the small hair found in our sushi. However, the bartender was really nice! Whwn it came time to sleep, the air conditioner gave us problems which emphasized how uncomfortable the bed was. It got to about 74 in our room even at the lowest setting which did not make for a good nights sleep.

This was a good place to stay, but only two of the four elevators were working. We waited for more than thirty minutes for elevators before someone suggested we catch the service elevator. They were not prepared for the large crowd of people that were there.

The room was very nice. The hotel was mostly quiet except for a conference happening with teenagers and it would be a bit loud when they came back to their rooms. Housekeeping did not clean due to a language barrier. Parking was an issue as they closed doors off due to the conference.

Horrible Stay
I stayed at the Hilton Mark Center while attending my company’s party. The rooms were outdated and the bathroom was extremely small. I had to call maintenance about the constant heat only to be told that there wasn’t AC in the hotel. The funny thing is, while sitting in the hotel lobby bar with colleagues the AC was pumping and it was freezing. Also, while I was downstairs with colleagues someone went into my room and stole my necklace. I reported the incident to the front desk and was told that it was not found in the room which I already told them that it had to be staff since the door was locked when my family and I left. Nothing done…There was a safe in the room that was extremely outdated amongst a lot of chipped paint on the door seals.

Fantastic experience! However, I wish there was microwaves in the rooms. I stayed here for my bodybuilding competition, and it was unfortunate that I had to go down to the lobby each time to warm up my meals, but other than that the hotel was a 10 out of 10.

Expedia charged me one price I get to the hotel it is a completely different price. I asked if there was another parking garage near by because they were charging a ridiculous amount per night. The concierge told me no, ended up finding a parking garage ( walking distance) across the street for reduced price a night.

Hilton will in most cases stand for quality.
Things will in most cases work well at any Hilton hotel, and so also here. Everything in and around the hotel is fine but seems a little dated. Service in the lobby restaurant was not the best although the food was very good. Carpets still seems to be a part of many US hotels, mine own preferences is to hardened wooden floors and not carpets.
