De kamer was netjes.Het Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Koelkastje op de kamer. Dicht bij de metro. In een halfuurtje sta je in Washington bij allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Het hotel werd grondig gerenoveerd. Bij binnenkomst kwam je direct op een bouwplaats terecht. Stoffig en geen fijne ambiance. Dit was ons niet medegedeeld door de reisorganisatie. We hadden dit hotel anders nooit geboekt.

Wij betreuren echter het eventuele ongemak dat u tijdens uw bezoek heeft ondervonden als gevolg van het renovatieproces. Wij streven ernaar onze gasten op de hoogte te houden en zullen in de toekomst zorgen voor een betere communicatie met reisbureaus. We hopen op een nieuwe kans om een betere ervaring te bieden.

Stay was horrible. Keys did not work on the elevators, every single guest including us was stuck on the elevator since the key readers were broken on all the elevators! When we asked the front desk they said there was nothing they could do until after the construction was completed so they just said “deal with it” … also the construction was a crazy mess, no lobby, no fitness center, they were working all day and night just a horrible experience.. expect way better !!

The telephone in Room 301 didn't work. The front desk staff were clueless and indifferent. The shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was empty. No soaps were in the bathroom to substitute for the empty shower gel dispenser. Beds were improperly made up: the cover sheets were tucked under the fitted sheets, leaving only a thin comforter to cover with.

We booked through Expedia which said breakfast was included, but it’s not. The lobby and restaurant are under renovation. The elevators didn’t always recognize the room key. The thermostat in the room was not adjustable, so the fan ran for 5 days, and we couldn’t get the air conditioning on. There was absolutely NO information in the room about the hours of the exercise room, housecleaning schedule, etc.

The keys failed to open the rooms and the elevators for many of us checking in. Maintenance said the were all broken. Maintenance friendly and helpful accessing both.

The property was under renovations, broken elevator, broken ice machines, no food service, couldn't get a reciept from them even though I paid at the property. Said expedia would text me. Now I'm trying to hunt down a receipt. And was still charged full price over 350/night per room.

Outdated with keys barely functioning, it is also under renovation which they don’t tell you until you arrive. Keys must work for elevator but they rarely do and it takes forever. Overall I saved a little money but probably not worth it.

The hotel was a total construction zone. The lobby was sheet rock and barely basic, although our room was clean. The worst and most annoying part of our stay was the key card system. You needed to use your key to use the elevator but most of the time for most of the guests the cards did not work. Even after having them reprogrammed by the staff, they failed, both in the elevator and at the room. This was intensely annoying and inconvenient for everyone

This hotel is under construction. There is no social space or restaurant. They also do not give daily housekeeping, you must request towels and they may or may not make up your room during your stay

This property is under construction and very noisy. There is no reataurant or lobby restroom. The elevators do not work properlt. The halls and room were not clean. There was no shampoo or conditioner in our room. Very disappointed for a Hilton Hotel.a.d what we paid.

Stayed here for business trip. Booked through Expedia. They overcharged the credit card i had on file after leaving. Had to go through the hassle of disputing it with the cc company. Check your cc statement if staying here. Hotel was under heavy construction, room was dirty, staff was indifferent and don’t care. Don’t recommend.

The hotel is open while undergoing much needed renovation. In the meantime, the hotel is covered in scaffolding and there is construction debris everywhere. The room was stained and dirty, the bathtub didn’t drain, so it’s clear why the renovation is needed. If I had known when I booked I would have chosen a different hotel.

Under construction, lots of dust everywhere! The staff should mop and vacuum these areas regularly to keep up with the mess, but it doesn’t look like they are. Rooms are pretty clean though, just not the hallways, elevators and other common areas. We stayed on the eighth floor and the carpet in the hallway was dusty. There’s also nowhere to go to sit for a few minutes. The lobby is completely closed off.

The construction in the lobby noise did carry up to bedroom Saturday Morning at 9AM. Also it was not transparent enough that parking would cost a. Extra $28 per day. The first room I was given, the Air conditioner did not work, but a maintenance person came immediately and assessed that I needed to switch rooms as the problem could not be fixed. The staff is very courteous and switched rooms for me immediately.

This property’s lobby is under construction and appears to be under-staffed. Construction can be heard through Saturday even in the third floor. They worked to make the best of it. What bothered me about the location most was the hotel safety. The stairwell up to guest rooms had a locked door that requires valid key access. That access door was propped open with a towel. The first day that we were there, I thought this was just a fluke. On the second day, I reported it. On the third day, when the towel remained and the door was unsecure I reported it again!

The room was large and the bathroom was big. Shower worked well. The air vent did make sound throughout the night, which may disturb light sleepers.
