The only problem I had was with the woman at the front desk who didn’t have a name tag. She was working on Thursday night, May 16. She was very rude. My husband was talking to another front desk agent because we had a major problem with the bathroom. The tub was always flooding because the stopper wasn’t working. As my husband was talking, she interrupted him and put her hand out so that he would stop talking. She was not helpful at all and rude to other guests. This is someone who should not be working at a high paced customer service industry.

Buena propiedad y muy buen servicio. Falta atención a detalles en cuento a limpieza y mobiliario. El aparato instalado en la pared de la habitación para aguantar la plancha se cayo tan pronto agarré la plancha. La alfombra del pasillo del piso 11 donde me quedé necesita cambio por tener areas rotas que están cubriendo con cinta adhesiva.

Both restaurants were terrible. Elevators shook side to side and I got stuck twice in #1 car. Room was not as nice as shown on website. Wallpaper at ceiling in sections was terrible. Draws in dresser would not stay shut. Would not recommend or stay here every again

3 elevators and only 1 worked. Parking garage doesn’t print receipts. One of the days there was Front desk Staff from other location working here with no knowledge of this location. 2 of my other days there was Front desk staff that was new, also lack knowledge and was not helpful.

Our first room had a flooded bathroom, our next room was clean, unfortunately the bathroom fan made a terrible noise and the bathroom sink was almost impossible to turn on. The hotel is close to DC so an UBER is $10-$15. The bed was great, but the pillows were terrible. The laundry was clean and not busy, grocery delivery was free if you need supplies. WARNING - the parking lot is very tight and not all vehicles will be able to access it.

I would give this hotel a 2.5 star rating if that was a choice. It was noisy, dirty, run down and smelly. Close to the airport but a shuttle service that didn't run often enough.

I liked the location being near Reagan airport. Really not many places that you can walk to, a few restaurants. Also, not an easy or safe walk to the nearest Metro station. A "Gentleman's" club is one of the things you can walk to, but not one that I prefer in the neighborhoods of my hotel stays.

The hotel windows were filthy. The garage ground which is “A” had trash in different spots. The garbage lobby entrance needed to be cleaned. I don’t know what the staff were doing - cleaning wasn’t one of them. Breakfast cost $18 per day. It’s not worth it. Go do a restaurant instead. McDonald is next door. In this city I had to pay .50 to park for 10 minutes to go into Walgreens. The elevator - let’s not go there. SMH u have to wait longer than average for the hotel. Packed like sardines.
