Very nice. Looks new. Friendly, warm staff. Nice little pool area & hot tub. Breakfast was ok. Nice rooms.

Want to soak in the hot tub? Too bad it's out of order. Want a nice cold Coke from the soda machine? Tough luck, it's broken. How about a snack from the vending machine? Sorry that doesn't work either. Well at least we can hang out in our less than clean room and crunch on ice cubes. The building in general is in poor repair needs an update. Screw holes in walls, broken ceiling tiles, and poor water pressure in the shower.

Sleep Inn was a nice place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed, staff was professional. My only complaint would be the pillows, they were small and lumpy. I will bring my own next time.

Need a bell at the front desk. Have to stand there to wait for someone to look from the back room. The first morning the breakfast was all cold. The handicap chair in the pool blocks the view of the pool from the hot tub. Can't supervise kids in the pool from over by the hot tub.

Room had strange and unpleasant smell upon arrival. Needed to air out the room. Bathroom shower needed new caulk- had some mold. Toilet seat coating was peeling off. Neighbors were loud at night. Staff was nice enough though, and room was comfortable for the family.

The walls are paper thin. I had someone blasting a TV all evening. I could not hear the TV in my own room. Great water pressure everywhere BUT the shower.

i am very particular when checking for bedbugs. i pulled the bed from the wall. no bedbugs but filth with a lot of other dead critters. informed front desk and they immediately vacuumed. came back later at noon to an unmade bed and a note that said they took our towels and wash cloths to laundry returned at 4. bed still not made, used cups on bathroom counter and no towels or washcloths. i stopped at front desk as i left to ask them to make sure we had linens when i returned later that night. the clerk ( who was in back room every time i stopped at desk) said that i would have to pick them up from her when i returned. so i guess i stayed in a self service hotel. the only thing they did was empty the garbage that had kleenex and a water bottle in it. i would probably stay here again just know what to expect in the future.

They had spent a lot of money remodeling the lobby and breakfast area, but had put nothing into fixing the rooms. The room we were in was a handicapped room. There was no closet, so the ironing board sat in the corner of the room and there was no place to put our suitcase. The area around the bathtub was mildewed as was the tub.

Staff is friendly. Only complaint is that the ice buckets are always dirty. They replaced it when asked previous times. This time we just made sure to use the plastic bag and that all ice cubes went inside of it.

Hands down amazing. Wonderful hospitality. I live in Florida and here for vacation to see family and I can say this hotel, although not a 4 star, has been better than most resorts in Florida.

Great place to stay in Washington, IL
Three day stay for a Conference. Rooms are very roomy and handicapped accessible in all areas, excellent design. Loved the Hot Tub/Pool for relaxing in evening. Breakfast in am is a nice touch, simple but nourishing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay and affordable, good return on the dollar. Great eating place next door.

One of the rooms we had needed to be cleaned again. Check in staff was amazing, couldn't have been any nicer. When we checked out, he was rude. During breakfast as well. Breakfast was good!

Ruined the wedding trip
Reservation wasn’t sent to the hotel some they did not have a room available. We had to book at a different hotel. The new hotel cost $100 and was not as nice or clean as the sleep in.
