A lovely hotel, what was so good was how welcoming and helpful all the staff were during our stay.
The room was spacious with a sitting area and a large TV. The bed was very comfy.
We had a breakfast both days, excellent choice of food and helpful staff. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel.'

'This is our second time staying here and cannot recommend it highly enough, it is super close to Beamish which is why we stayed. Rooms are lovely and clean, food is amazing big portions, the staff are super helpful and very friendly. Lovely seated area to the rear to enjoy drinks, Good parking also to rear of property. 'On entering the property we was greeted by the reception staff they were very friendly and helpful, they made our short stay feel at ease, had everything we needed and the owner was so polite even carried my bag upstairs and said anything we need just ask. Really can’t fault our room was lovely felt homely & cosy, the area was nice & quiet. Highly recommend this place. We had the family room as it was the last one left for us to book & was a great size room. 10/10 '
