'The rooms were clean and the stay wasn’t bad at all. The casino was a little smaller than I expected and had a lot of the same machines. Food options were pretty limited too. Overall, it was an okay experience, just nothing that really stood out, and I’d probably try a different casino next time'

'The hotel is very outdated. The amenities in the room and hotel did not match the price of the hotel. The plastic cups in the room were old with holes that leaked out our beverages everywhere. We ate at the steakhouse and ordered our filets medium rare and got medium to well done. I wouldn’t recommend staying the night at this hotel, however the workers were all very nice.'

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'Clean room. Report several maintenance issues. Hot breakfast selections were sparse. Only eggs, sausages and waffles. Coffee bar provided no creamers except half and half.'

'The facility has been completely renovated beautifully done. All new and so very clean. Excellent bed and bedding. They accept pets, which is a big plus. Staff was excellent. The only drawback for me was there was no pool, it had been filled in. Nice alternative if you’re not into the B&B scene there.'

'Room was very musty smelling , I had to open the windows for several hours to air it out. water stains on the window shade, and the couch was broken down and dirty. Lots of traffic noise , and room was right next to the ice machine. There was a cockroach on the windowsill in the morning. Blackout curtain worked very well, the bed was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water and the bathroom was clean, but the hook on the back of the door was falling off, no exhaust fan. 'I really liked that not only was my room clean it smelled clean too. The staff was very friendly and greeted me on every occasion. I was impressed with the breakfast and it was more than I was expecting. The thing I loved the most was the long hot shower I was able to take. I had such a wonderful time that I am thinking about planning another trip some time soon just for me to get away.'

'The breakfast was absolutley delicious and beautifully prepared! We had bloody Mary's and Mimos too...all included in our stay. We stayed in the red and white gingham cottage which we loved because it stood seperate on it's own. The window unit AC kept the room very comfortable. It had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The cottage was small but very comfortable, except for Bathroom standup shower was a little too small for my 6'6 husband...but all good. We couldn't have had a better...
