Vacation apartment ZOOM - Stylish apartment with balcony in quiet surroundings

You’ll feel right at home in this newly renovated 3-room apartment with a view of the garden. The furnishings are modern and stylish, with an emphasis on high-quality materials. The apartment measures approximately 85 square meters and has been tastefully furnished with select pieces. The living/dining area features a walnut dining table, comfortable leather chairs, and an exclusive leather sofa set.

The apartment offers ideal conditions for a “workation” and features high-speed internet (60 Mbit) as well as a separate workspace equipped with a desk, office chair, monitor, and keyboard for your home office while on vacation. This room can also be used as an additional bedroom, as it has been furnished with a single bed (80x185 cm). The spacious bathroom, featuring comfortable underfloor heating, has a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet is located next door.

The blackout curtains in the bedroom ensure a restful and peaceful night’s sleep. The white kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, and even a coffee maker, along with plenty of dishes.

This allergy-friendly, non-smoking property features high-quality hardwood floors or tile in all rooms.
To ensure our guests can fully enjoy their vacation, smoking is not permitted even on the balcony. Pets are also not allowed.

On the south-facing balcony, furnished with high-quality seating and overlooking the garden, you can enjoy the sun both at breakfast and with an evening aperitif.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning supplies, dish soap, and hygiene products. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed.

Important notes:
Unfortunately, smoking on the balcony and pets are not permitted in this accommodation. Check-in and check-out are available seven days a week; thanks to the key safe on-site, even a late arrival is no problem. Wi-Fi (60 Mbit data connection), parking, and bicycle storage with charging stations for e-bikes are provided free of charge.

The high-quality, newly renovated building with two exclusively furnished vacation apartments is located on a quiet side street in the idyllic town of Wasserburg on Lake Constance.

Both apartments are furnished to a high standard and feature high-speed internet. Each apartment has a parking space available right next to the building. Bicycles can be safely stored in the attached garage, which includes a charging station.

The center of Wasserburg and the shores of Lake Constance are just a few minutes away on foot or by bike.
