'I was very disappointed as I expected more from a 4 star Hotel. The hotel needs renovation, especially in the rooms. It was poorly cleaned, soap was from pump bottles which is simple. There should be a comb, toilet brush, children's razor and better soap in a 4-star hotel. There was no face tissue in the room. It was expensive for the quality. We stayed there to get our early flight from Don Muang, about 15-20 min. from airport by taxi (early morning).
