Offered to help with local suggestions and offered to resolve a guided tour mix-up. 15 mins grab ride to Old Town, Chiang Mai. The hotel is immaculately clean in all areas and room service was just as well. If we were considering longer stay we would extend our time at De Manor Hotel. '

'This property is a tucked away hidden gem. The rooms are lovely and spacious and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nyein was a particular gem and was so helpful and kind. When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby. We’ll definitely be visiting the Mango Tree Resort again! '

'Lovely stylish yet traditional lanna style hotel in a quiet street at the Riverside in new Chiang Mai. Thapae gate and the old city can be reached by bike or on foot in about 15mins. Excellent restaurants nearby and a lovely modern supermarket as well. The room was huge, clean and comfortable and was equipped with all I needed for my stay. Soft, thick towels in the bathroom and extra available near the lovely pool. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold cuts available. I loved sitting outside...
