'Overall this is a fine, normal Hampton Inn and we had a good stay. We were upgraded to a better room with spa tub, which was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. Few little annoying housekeeping glitches- no available cups or glasses in the bathroom or with the coffeemaker- we had to pick up a couple in the breakfast area ourselves. 'Would not let us check in five minutes early. Then only one person to check in a long line of travelers waiting to check in. No hair dryer, Kleenex, coffee pot. Check in CLOSED at 3:00 pm. Never stayed anywhere like this strange “hotel”.'
