Perfectly efficient setup, in a nice neighborhood, that’s in the middle of everything, right at the North end of Seneca lake. 3 minutes from the lake, 5 minutes from downtown Geneva, or 5 minutes from downtown Waterloo. The space
It’s a cozy place to crash, and relax after enjoying the area. Make some s’mores over a campfire in the backyard, grill dinner and hangout on the back deck, enjoy the WiFi or find something to watch on the tv via the fire stick ect...
Guest access
The out buildings (garage, and both sheds) are off limits. There is also a spare room in the basement that I keep my belongings in. Please do not attempt to access that room.

If you are traveling with a pet or pets, there is an additional cleaning fee.

We also charge a $250 security deposit to first time VRBO users. On a rare occasion someone may very briefly visit the property, at a reasonable hour, just to retrieve something from the garage or shed out back
