We greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review Sigrid. Yes, our rooms are equipped with great kitchenettes, but they do not have dishwashers for sanitizing. This is why we can not provide dishware directly in the rooms. The 24hr My Store, located in the lobby, is equipped with all manor or items from dishware to snacks available for purchase and Always Clean and new. We are glad to hear that you were able to be assisted with your needs and do hope we will see you again!

Dear deb,Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey and bring these issues to our attention. Corrective actions were immediately put into place. We are so sorry to hear that you and your fury friend were not pleased with your stay. Our guests are our highest priority and we will always do what we can to right a wrong if we know about it. All linens are pulled and the rooms fully cleaned, vacuumed and febreezed after every stay. I can not apologize enough for these mishaps, but would love the opportunity to make it right. We are staffed 24hrs a day and are at your disposal if needed. We understand getting in late and being tired and just ready to sleep, but we certainly would change rooms if there was something amiss. Timothy my apologizes on your bad experience. My question to you is why didn't you ask to be moved if it was that bad? We would of liked to address the situation at the time it happened so a guest as yourself does not have to go through that. This is not what we want our guests to go through.
