Keri and Pete go out of their way to make you feel welcome and relaxed. The rooms are top notch and each have their own theme. The breakfast is out of this world and the greeter Maggie is one of a kind! This place is a hidden gem! Do not pass it up when you are in fabulous Watertown WI!

AMAZING B&B experience!!! Don’t think twice about booking here. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was the best! Awesome comfy bed, super soft bedding and towels, truffles on the bedside table, and many other extras I’ve not seen elsewhere. The tub was AWESOME! Lights, jets, warming jets, etc. Everything was super clean and inviting. Pete and Keri are awesome hosts- warm and kind, very detail-oriented. The breakfast was top-notch and not to be missed. Yummy local coffees, fresh fruit, belgium waffles, fluffy eggs, bacon… it was a hit. We will definitely be back!

A gorgeous Victorian house that has been beautifully restored. The staircase is a work of art. Our room was very large and well appointed and the en-suite bath was spotless, with every toiletry you could want stocked. The bed was a cloud and we slept like stones. The hosts were engaged and warm and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. They clearly enjoy people. The breakfast supplied was gourmet quality and may require a nap afterward. It does front a busy street so there was some traffic noise, but nothing a pair of ear plugs won't conquer. By 10pm it was dead quiet. If you find yourself in the area and are looking for a great place for a night or two, this home should be at the top of your list. We are thrilled with our experience.

We truly enjoyed our one night stay. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. when AC was not working they moved us to a different room which was way more of a room then then we ever expected. We would for sure plan to stay again when we go to visit our grandson in Lake Mills.

This was a wonderful discovery. The property is well designed and well located. The hosts were very friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful and make sure my stay was pleasant. All around it almost reminded me of a nice Korean guest house. The Sunday Belgian Waffle spread is absolutely worth taking the trip. If you like a well situated B&B, that is friendly, centrally located in Watertown, and full of charm, look no further.

Due to a leaky window, we were upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite & it was fabulous! The room was exquisite! Our hosts were incredible! They go above & beyond to make sure their guests don't just feel like guests, but like family! The breakfasts were phenomenal! We will definitely stay again!

Oasis of luxury in the middle of Wisconsin
A beautiful restoration. You can tell that the owners really love this house. The new bath in the honeymoon suite is really nice.

Lovely Experience
A true B&B complete with a WONDERFUL breakfast. The full bathroom in the room, not down the hall, was very clean. Quite comfortable as there is an individual thermostat in each room. Beautifully renovated Victorian-era home. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating.

If going to Watertown, Wi, it’s your loss if you don’t choose this B&B instead of your usual hotel stay. Our room was AMAZING, owners terrific, bed sooo comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a better homemade breakfast.❤️

This beautiful large home has been painstakingly restored and renovated into the most fabulous bnb! They nailed the bed and they nailed the breakfast. It’s where strangers become friends! A beautifully appointed blend of old charm and modern conveniences. If you don’t have it, they have it for you, you’ll feel at home and like you’ve been here before. It’s just that comfortable. And, you will want to be there again. They offer spa services, e bikes, snacks, have a coffee bar, beverages available around the clock! Truly cannot say enough about this place. Will stay again…and again! Kari and Pete are the proprietors of this establishment and are like family by the time you leave! They have created a magical experience that you won’t soon forget. Do not hesitate!!!

Sitting in rockers on the front porch was a delightful way to relax before heading in to bed. We basked in the small town atmosphere, sleeping soundly in a comfortable room called The Study. Breakfasts were delicious, the hosts truly enjoy creating meals for their guests. We met interesting guests and loved the interaction with the group. We highly recommend this B&B!

This old Victorian house is being restored to the current BandB and the owners are doing a great job. The owners are very warm and welcoming and our stay was excellent!

First time staying at a B&B, we loved it! Pat & Keri were awesome hosts! They showed us around their beautiful historic Victorian and took the time to share a little history/background on the place. We had the honeymoon suite, which has this wonderful claw tube that actually fit both me & my husband (he’s a bigger guy). One of the unique features was it had a Chromology button, which is a link between colors and calming effects on the mind (look it up!) we enjoyed that tub every night! Also, Keri cooked a large breakfast every morning and took the time to chat us up. We felt very welcomed! I would stay here over a hotel any day!

The room was great, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the breakfasts were fantastic. We were there for two nights and we will be back. There is no better place to stay in Watertown!

Best bed and breakfast.
I loved staying at the bed and breakfast. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable they had the room decorated for Christmas, it was gorgeous. The owners are very down to earth. They have great ideas yet for their b and b. I'll be returning again when I can.

WOW-Look No Further-THIS Is Where You Need To Book
Far exceeded our expectations, not just for the B&B, but the hospitality of the owners themselves. A delightful, relaxed atmosphere, as well as the company kept. Very knowledgeable about the area. Also very accommodating with our later arrival and an early scheduling issue we had going on in Jefferson at the Wisconsin Sheep And Wool Festival. The price blows the average, and even the above average, hotel out of the water, and we will only stay at Keri and Pete’s when in the area again. Although the place is still slightly under construction, it is of little to no consequence to your stay, and in no way, shape or form has any bearing on the beauty of the house. If anything listening to what the two have planned and in the works for the completion and additional projects, I can’t wait to go back next year!! Truly made to feel as if you’re more a friend of the family, rather than a paying guest. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do NOT pass it up! They unequivocally excel in getting the two main points for a B&B correct to the level of performance and perfection. As Keri and Pete are fond of saying, the two main things are “The bed and the breakfast!” And boy do they! I absolutely see them booking up in advance, to full capacity in the near future. Don’t be one of those on the fence, and miss out on the opportunity in being able to get the dates you want.
