All 4 bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. Three spacious bedrooms upstairs boast king beds, smart TVs, and one has a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work or study. On the lower level, the social hangout space awaits, offering a haven for separation. The kids can hang out here and watch movies in the TV viewing area of the fun bunk room, which comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

This property does not have private beach access, but there is a public beach less than 1 block from the home.

The house is on well water, which has high iron content.
