Prachtige Waterfront Paw Paw Lake huis met 155 ft van zandstrand aan het strand en dock

Deze grote, volledig ingerichte, comfortabele woning bevindt zich op 155 voet van het zandstrand Paw Paw Lake voorgevel met een eigen 82 "houten steiger met ligplaats voor huurders boten, jetski's en grote pier vissen. Het strand is zanderig en heeft geen zeewier. Paw Paw Lake is een 900-acre binnenland meer met 13 mijl van het pittoreske kustlijn te verkennen, gelegen in Watervliet, Michigan. Paw Paw Lake is een van de grootste meren in het zuidwesten van Michigan. Het is volledig recreatief, waaronder uitstekende vissen, macht en zeilen varen, waterskiën en jetskiën. Zonder een zeewering is het strand zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, vooral voor kinderen, omdat de afdaling van het zandstrand geleidelijk verloopt. Boot, jet-ski, kajak en peddel huren boord zijn ook verkrijgbaar bij de plaatselijke winkels / jachthavens.

Het huis is groot en gezellig met 5 slaapkamers, waarvan 11 slaapt. Er is ook een afgewerkte 3e verdieping (beschikbaar tegen extra vergoeding) met 2 slaapkamers om nog eens 6 te slapen voor in totaal 17, indien nodig. Er is een zeer grote woonkamer met een stenen open haard, comfortabele denim banken en een 50-inch flatscreen-tv en een blu-ray dvd-speler. De eetkamer heeft een grote boerentafel en de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Vanuit het huis biedt de grote parkeerplaats een prachtig uitzicht op het water en twee grote erkers; één voor de eettafel en één voor de hele woonkamer, met een panoramisch uitzicht op het Paw Paw-meer. De achtertuin heeft een prachtige wrap-around dek. Het is erg groot en met een picknicktafel, Weber-grill en ligstoelen. Het dek is een ideale leefruimte buiten. Er is ook een beschutte veranda en een buitenvuurplaats voor s'mores. We bieden zelfs een aluminium boot met roeispanen. Er is ook een schommel in de tuin, evenals speelgoed voor kinderen en cornhole voor het gezin. Het huis heeft hardhouten vloeren.

Het huis levert alles behalve je kleding en tandenborstel inclusief KitchenAid gasfornuis en oven, vaatwasser, magnetron, mixers, koffiezetapparaat, twee koelkasten, extra vriezer, borden, bestek en een kelder met een wasmachine en droger. Er is digitale comcastkabel en wifi inbegrepen. Wij bieden alle handdoeken en beddengoed en zelfs wc-papier.

In de zomer huurt het huis van vrijdag tot vrijdag. Check-in is om 5:00 uur en check-out is om 10:00 uur. Het is beschikbaar in de herfst, winter en lente voor zowel kortere weekenden als langere termijn verhuur. In de herfst genieten mensen van weekends van appel- en pompoenplukken in nabijgelegen boomgaarden, evenals wijnproeverijen bij wijngaarden in de omgeving.

Het huis heeft 5 slaapkamers en biedt plaats aan 11 personen op de 2 hoofdverdiepingen. Er is ook een afgewerkte zolder die beschikbaar is voor een extra vast tarief met 2 slaapkamers voor maximaal 6 extra personen, voor een totaal van 17. De oprit past op 6 auto's.

We brengen u geen schoonmaakkosten of waskosten in rekening, ook al zijn beide professioneel gedaan. Het is inbegrepen. Er zijn geen extra kosten voor de eigenaar in rekening gebracht.

We spent a week in this grand old house. The view of the lake from the front of the house is beautiful. Our host was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

My family decided it was time we had our first annual family lake vacation and started looking for a house on Paw Paw Lake since it was half way between Wisconsin and Indianapolis....we were so lucky to find this fabulous home. Right from the beginning, we had a great experience. Lori was so good about answering all of my questions and when we arrived she walked us through the house and showed us the whole layout. Lori was helpful with every aspect of our trip. The house was a perfect size for our family. Everyone loved that we could hang with the little ones on the beach, look at the beautiful views of the lake from the huge deck and then be able to hang out at the large fire pit to roast marshmallows. We were so impressed that the owner had everything we needed from beach towels to pots and pans in their fully stocked kitchen. We all felt like we were in our own home. Thank you and we hope to be back next year!

We had an absolute great time staying at this home on Paw Paw Lake. The home is equipped with anything you could possibly need and more. Very spacious, open concept and large enough to accommodate large groups. We have created family memories here that we'll cherish for a lifetime. The location is serene yet close to anything you may desire - grocery, restaurants, golf course, etc.

This is our second time staying at the property and we will definitely be back! Enough space for four families comfortably, large gathering space on the family, an absolutely adorable third floor space for the kiddos with six beds for a minor additional fee. The view is unmatched and the fun on the lake only added to the wonderful accommodations.

To say our stay at Lynn’s was perfect would be an understatement. Booking was a breeze. Lynn and Lori answered all of our questions in a timely and detailed fashion. They provided a guide to the area and were just so kind in every interaction. The house was immaculate. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Each time we went to see if they had an appliance or kitchen item sure enough it was there. The kids had an absolutely blast with all the beach toys provided. There was plenty of room for our five families, and the kiddos loved the grounds. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Lynn and Lori.

This house is great - lovely outdoor space, nice deck, good lake access. Plenty of space for a good sized group, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Nice fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, and great lake views from the huge window in the living room. We'll be back!

There were 7 of us. We rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Had a wonderful time and created lasting memories! The house and location were great. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen, back deck and fire pit. Beds were comfortable!! Lori, the property manager, has a wealth of information and provided great recommendations on restaurants, wineries, and boat rental.

Everyone in our group thought this house was a quintessential lake house on a great lot and in a very convenient location. Very clean and spacious home and beautiful views from the deck, or hanging out on the pier. We rented a boat (Runyon Boat Rentals) and that was a plus as the lake is great. If you are interested in fishing, we caught enough perch for appetizers for 7 guys, not to mention some bluegill and bass which we did not keep. Plenty of room in the house for hanging out, playing games, etc. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen or on grill, and ate in the dining are with views of lake or on the deck. Owners are very response and made the entire process enjoyable. Lastly, a great location near a few restaurants, grocery, drug stores, etc. Highly recommend this property!

A wonderful stay with my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren. The house has a lot of room to spread out. At check-in we were met by Lori who went through everything in the house and explained how to work things. Very well equipped with all supplies and towels-only need to bring your food! Paw Paw lake is a great area to stay. Beautiful views of the lake from the house and the deck. Nice beach-there are quite a few stairs from the house to the beach, but we all managed. Great family get away!

I grew up in the area but have spent the last 50 years on the prairie of Nebraska. When this property became unexpectedly available it was an opportunity return and enjoy the area, friends and family. This house and property are wonderful. Everything was as stated in the description. Everything was clean. The house is set up with everything you need from potato peeler to towels. There is a large deck overlooking the lake where one spends most of their time. The beach is clean with a sand bottom lake. The dock is perfect for tying up a boat. Lorie the manager, who is second to none, put us in contact with someone who would rent of their pontoon boat, which we had for a couple of days. As stated earlier, I can't praise Lori enough. A couple of unexpected touches were the bottle of wine from a local winery, Tabor Hill, and a supply of wood for the fire pit. This place is top shelf.

We love returning to this lake house with our family. It has plenty of space, perfect lakefront access, dock to fish and a space to swim. The kids love it as much as the adults. Communication with the owner is so easy, and we have zero complaints!!! Five stars!

We lost our family cottage of 40 years last October. I did not want to lose the closeness a family cottage brings so I rented. The description of this cottage lead me to chose it but I was floored when I arrived and experienced it. A 1920s oversized gorgeous home with a million dollar view! My two sons, their wives and little children, my husband and myself settled in comfortably. There were little hideaway spots to read a magazine, sip some tea or have a chat with someone you love. The beach was perfect for the children and we rented a boat from a local on the lake to make for an all-around picturesque week. Lynn and sister Lori were so helpful and they made the arrival and departure easy peasy.

Great place for a long weekend for myself and 9 others. It felt like we had privacy, and it was nice to spread out. There are 45 or so stairs between the beach and house, which I missed in the listing. However, that is really the only negative and it’s not really a big one. The host was great and had a great setup for guests!

This is a great property, very clean, lots of space and fabulous views! This was a Girl's Trip, first of many I hope, our oldest is 84, and our youngest,l 3 months shy of 2. There was plenty of bedrooms and it was very comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need. It's also close to so much, St Joseph was a favorite, but also went to Saugatuck, Coloma, and took a ride to Blinkers Diner for a really good breakfast. The little place in town, Watervliet, also had a really good breakfast and a Brewery with several good beers. There were 9 of us, and we all said we would stay here again. The host and her sister, who checked us in, were wonderful communicators. Could reach them anytime and they answered several questions before our stay. You can't go wrong renting this beautiful home on the lake.

All members of our family enjoyed staying in this lovely and very comfortable home. We were shown around by a member of the owner's family who answered any questions. The size of the home allowed us plenty of room to gather together or to find a private area to be alone. We also enjoyed the surrounding towns and country side. A very enjoyable weekend.

Six female friends rented this house for a long weekend/reunion. The house and host were beyond expectations. The host was responsible and helpful! The house is so perfect. The location was great! It's a nice quiet neighborhood yet close enough to many charming locations (We spend a fantastic day in St. Joseph). I cannot recommend the house enough!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The spacious living area and plenty of spaces to sleep allowed everyone to enjoy time together and enough space to spread out. The cottage is stocked with everything you could need and more. The kids enjoyed all of the games and the organ too:) The expansive deck, lake frontage and dock allowed everyone to swim, fish, tube, jet ski and enjoy the sun! If you are bringing your boat be sure to bring plenty or rope and bumpers to adequately tie off on the wooden posts of the dock!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Very nice pier for docking our boat. Swimming was very good and our group rarely left the water. No complaints from our multi-generational group, but others might struggle with the number of steps to the water. We had a great week and would rent again.

We had such a fun week at Paw Paw Lake. The house was the perfect size for our group. Lots of room for the teens to have some space as well as the littles. We brought two boats and caught enough fish for our annual fish fry. The lake is large so you never feel crowded when tubing - which we did a lot of. We also enjoyed boating the canals. The deck was perfect for games and dinners - and the side porch was fun for morning games. We hope we can return!

My family does a lake vacation each year, and this was our first time here. The house itself is perfect, and the best we've ever stayed at. Plenty of space, great kitchen, comfy beds, nice screened-in porch, large deck - all-around wonderful! We brought our boat and were able to do plenty of water skiing and tubing on the lake. The host was also very communicative and quickly fixed a plumbing issue that popped up. Our only negatives: there are more stairs (47 total) to get from the house to the water than can be seen from the listing pictures (at least at the time of writing this review). And there was a good bit of seaweed off the shore. Our little kids are annoyingly averse to seaweed and were only comfortable wading up to their knees before the seaweed got thick about halfway down the dock. We compensated by taking our boat to deeper water and they enjoyed swimming there. On the whole, we had a fantastic time, thank you!

My daughter was getting married close by, so we decided on this house for us and our extended family. We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The lake and the view from the house were amazing! Lori checked us in and was so accommodating. We highly recommend renting this house if you want a beautiful lakefront vacation!!
