'The property was In a nice quiet location. Our room was spotless and nice decor. Tracy and Richard were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really nice and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this guest house and we will definitely be back. Thank you Tracy and Richard x'

'A good stay on a lovely estate. The lidge was adequate for our needs and the dig lived the walks and the exercise field. Bedrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Note. There is no washing machine and the on site pub isnt trading. '

'The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. Friendly staff, nice brekkie & recommended if you are visiting the area & don’t want to be in the middle of it all but still easily accessible if you want to go into either place. Very nice!'

'Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.'
