War mit meiner Familie das erste mal in London. Check-Inn mit mit App und digitalen Schlüssel, ebenfalls Check-out, Zimmer sauber und moderne Steuerung von Licht, Klima und Vorhänge. Einfach nur Top, Frühstück der Hammer und der Service supernett. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder👍

It was nice to be greeted at the Disabled Access ramp and directed to reception. Room was nice and of a standard expected for the price we paid.

Most enjoyable stay
A warm welcome and easy check-in. Comfortable twin room with everything you might need. The bar staff were equally friendly, and small plates we ordered for supper were as good as you would want.

Very Basic and very expensive for what it is. We used as a last minute booking as building work in our house over ran that particular day. I was accompanied by my wife and 2 young children. To charge £10 parking for the night for patrons is crazy..especially considering the amount of parking spaces there are. We asked for a fridge which the gentleman very kindly brought to us however, there was a pack of cooked chicken that expired in May 2023 inside, which clearly shows a lack of cleaning attention. Not a great stay and very expensive for such a basic hotel. Wouldn't recommend personally but each to their own.

First room. Full of flies. Second room. Full of flies Third Room. No flies but no fridge nor air conditioning and a bathroom from 1973. Dreadful hotel.

Good hotel with restaurant, bar, and good breakfast. Only one place to eat around the hotel. Very dangerous to cross the street or go to the bus stop. Only really accessible by car or taxi.

Rooms did not have sophisticated facilities. The shower was leaking. There was no seal indicating that the room has been properly sanitised. Location was good, food was ok. Staff very polite and friendly.

I found the Parking Charge of £10 per night to be a big put-off. Also, we found the hot breakfast ingredients such as Veg Sausage, Hashbrowns, and baked beans to be somewhat bland and stale. The staff, room cleanliness and cold breakfast was good

Very Average stay
An ok stay. Just stayed one night. Reception at check in was very short & made to feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok and options for vegeterians, although isnwas very loud due to a group of people speaking very loudly. Given the cost, i would not be staying again.

Overnight stop-did not use any other facility so cannot comment. Room spacious but quite dated and far too hot. Clean and comfy bed so all you need really.

Poor service from check in, came to check in at 3pm to be told room was still not ready, by 4pm the room was ready. no toilet rolls provided in the room had to asks on both days of our stay. paid for breakfast for both days only to be told that we was not booked in for sunday. only provided us with 2 glasses and 2 cup when they where 4 of us staying in the room.
