Hey there Jeff! Thanks for the great review and excellent feedback ;) We actually replaced the ping pong table the following weekend (we weren't sure if people were using it often!) We also are managing the growth of our "wildflower" garden a bit more too. We have not yet found a good fix for the outdoor shower, but we do have hoses with adjustable sprayers at both outdoor hoses. Totally agree about the grilled cheese! Best, Lori

You are correct that our listing is changed to "no pets" and will carefully consider requests from previous guests and their pups :) hopefully we can make exceptions for returning guests! Cheers!

Thanks very much for the 5* review, in spite of the "end of the summer" busy season dirty carpet! We replaced the carpet in November, and the whole house feels freshened by it. We added the wood floor to the landing area at the foot of the stairs. Even thoough we ar now a "no dogs" listing, please reach out if you want to visit Holiday and La Selva Beach again! We are really happy you found the beach house to exceed your expectations...we really tried to set it up just that way for your family, future guests, and ourselves. Sometimes we just stay right there for our entire weekends without even a single meal out ;)
