'I stayed in this hotel because of the close approximity to the convention center and airport. There is not a lot to do around the hotel and no restaurants. They are not serving any breakfast but there is a kitchinette in the rooms and they sell microwave meals in the shop at the hotel. Room cleaning is only done once a week. The personel at the front desk is very helpful and friendly.'

'Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel.
If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day!
We will not be coming back.'

'The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room had a very strong sewage smell. We arrived very late at night and were only there 2 nights so we did not have time to request a room change. It was Derby weekend and the hotel was full. Not sure if it was just our specific room as we were beside the laundry.'

'Nice enough place , staff is good, just don’t be a late arrival. We arrived around 930 - 1000 pm and we had pre payed for three rooms. One was ready on arrival the other two were not ready for about 30 min of waiting in the lobby. The desk person kept us informed and was nice enough. Disappointed that management was not prepared. '

'This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. '
