As you step inside from either the deck or the carport, you'll be greeted by the warmth of the open beam cathedral ceilings and the inviting ambiance of the 2-story great room. The main level boasts an open concept layout, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Curl up by the gas fireplace in the great room, or whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen featuring Hickory cabinets, a work island, pantry, Granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The main level also hosts a guest bathroom, leather couches, a huge smart TV, as well as a spacious primary suite with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a peaceful haven for relaxation after a day of adventure. Upstairs, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 twins), a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a large loft area with a queen pull-out couch, perfect for accommodating the whole family. The loft also boasts a large smart TV, board games, and a Pac-Man arcade table! In the lower level (basement) there is a family room with couches, a smart TV, and a Pool Table. **This home is equipped with a lightning fast FIBER WiFi whole-home mesh network with speeds of up to 1 GB which can easily accommodate all of your business, gaming, and streaming needs!**

Outside, there is a carport which provides easy access to the kitchen. Walk through the carport and follow the steps down around to the back of the house to soak in the new five-person Hot Tub! Adjacent to the front of the house (where the driveway bends) is a gravel path that leads down to a large field which has a Fire Pit with seating for six, a playground and sandbox for kids, as well as a small creek!

Located just a short drive from Maggie Valley (7 minutes), historic downtown Waynesville (less than 15 minutes), Cataloochee Ski Resort (20 minutes), and Lake Junaluska (7 minutes), our log home offers proximity to a wealth of outdoor activities, dining, and shopping options.
