We had an excellent stay and the accommodations met our large families needs for a long weekend in Waynoka. There was great communication from the time we booked through our stay. The property provided plenty of space for our trucks and trailers and quick access to the dunes. Thank you for great accommodations!

Best Place at the Dunes
This is our favorite spot to stay when we come to the Dunes! This place it great for just us adults or when we bring the kids. Path to the Dunes is just across the way and the Dollar General just down the road and having the fenced in area is a major plus!

This priory is exactly as listed. This property is very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master is very comfortable and there were plenty linens and towels for our family. We will return.

Home away from home
This mobile home is a perfect home away from home. Plenty of room to park, close to the sand dunes yet far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Everything inside is furnished.

Great location and owners!
We rented both units for the week. Location is great as it’s so close to the dunes yet also private being fenced in and secure. Owners are fantastic and readily available to help with anything. If you are traveling with a group, this is the place to stay! We will be back!

Great place to stay !
Very nice and big parking lot for all your truck and trailers. All fenced in very nice. Wish there was a foldout couch or something. Recliner was broke And strange to sit in. House was clean and comfortable, also very close to the main Dune entrance. Will be staying here again.

fully equipped with everything you’ll need. very nice & clean. lots of room inside! love the convenience of being able to ride straight to the dunes/park from this site. plenty of room for parking. will definitely be staying here again!

With the new owners the property and houses seems cleaner and even some nice repairs done! Communication with owners was very easy and quick! Houses were great and enjoy the larger lot for parking

Great place to stay
Location was great, close to the trail to Little Sahara and right next to a Dollar General. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, and the property had everything we needed. Would here stay again!

Easy Dune Place
Great communication with the host and easily available during our stay. They were able to accommodate us even with last minute request. Property has easy access to the Dunes along with ample trailer parking.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. Great host, very helpful. Ac blew cold. Washer and dryer were very handy.

Great for larger groups.
We occupied both houses. Had stayed here years before and with new owners of only a couple weeks and we could tell a significant difference. Host was very accommodating. Directly on the 24hr trail. Trains do run almost constantly but with all ages was not an issue, no sleep lost. AC did not work when we arrived. Rocky was quick to refund the first night no questions asked and had fixed the next day.

Great place to stay perfect location on trail to dunes. AC when it’s hot heat when it’s cold and 2 bathrooms that are clean. The host are the best. Look forward to seeing you all again.
