'Our favorite is the hotels shuttle service to Mayo'

'The hotel and room were clean overall. Breakfast was spot on.The staff was very helpful and friendly. Biggest plus is the free Uber to the Mayo, that was a game changer. The only bad thing I have to say is they need to clean their hot tub and pool, they were grodie so I didn't get to swim.'

'The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are maybe 12x15 (what you’d expect in a cheap dorm). The A/C sounded like someone parked their Buick in your bedroom. The hallway and room smelled of old, painted-over smoke. And the breakfast was sparce and underwhelming. Not recommended.'

'Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!'

'The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.'

'Really property. For parking, underground, heated, it $20 Nightly on top room. Seems rather pricey! Maybe worth it in the winter time, still, pricey. Otherwise great place to stay. Walk accross street to St Marys or schuttle and then schuttle to Mayo. GONDA buildings.'

'Would not stay here again due to terrible parking, rude staff and a leak in our room that was coming through a light which is a electrical hazard. No one fixed any of our problems and even the Marriott reached out to me but actually never fixed anything or apologized. Nothing has been done to fix this and or make me feel better about our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE'

'I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in. 'Very easy check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed with extras! Delicious breakfast and they kept it fresh. My daughter used the hot tub after a long couple days of dance competitions and found it nice & hot..best massage she said!'

'The staff at the Hyatt House in Rochester Minnesota was very friendly. The breakfast was great. They had fresh fruit every morning and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My only issue was in our room that there were stains on the sheets. The mattress was comfy and the pillows are down so I really liked them.'
