'The Goodwin is a shell of its former self. Bar is not open on Sundays or Mondays, breakfast was worse than a Comfort Inn. Zero amenities. The Valet staff was wonderful. The rest of the staff was next to useless. Asked for 1 hour late check out and was just summarily told no.'

'Staff were friendly. We were only there for one night and spent most of the night at a concert. Room was infested with ants and had a strong mildew smell. The beds don’t have mattress covers, so we slept on top of the blankets. It did the job for the single night, but wouldn’t have put up with it had we needed to stay for longer. Parking was easy so that was a plus!'

'Beautiful place with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Dimitri was gracious and knowledgeable about the house and town history. Loved it!!!'

'This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.'

'Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.'

'The room was very clean amd the beds were very comfortable. However, the AC wouldn't stay on and had to be switched on every 30 minutes. Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee with a sign stating they are only required to offer the bare minimum. Ultimately, I would not stay here again.'

'The room wasn't very clean, there were drinks left in the refrigerator, and something had been spilled in it that was not wiped out. The reservation said the room would be ready for check in at 3:00, but it wasn't ready until almost 4:00. The staff was apologetic and friendly, but overall a little disappointed.'

'Might be the nicest super 8 ive ever stayed in. For the price point, nothing to complain about. Late checkout was cheap & accommodating, AC worked, no bugs, close to food & convenience store. What more can you ask for from a motel.'

'First off, when you drive up to the place you can't even tell it's a hotel. It looks like an abandoned parking lot and site. There are no signs stating it's a Ramada on the building. When you walk in, the lobby is empty, no artwork, no clean carpets or seating just empty space. Then further down you see a seating area with a super dirty brown couch and an even dirtier beige carpet that is stained. The snacks area has barely any snacks to buy, the breakfast is HORRIBLE and cheap to say the least,...
