This vacation rental is named after our thoroughbred mare, Polly. It is located on the gable end on the third floor, measures approximately 50 m², and features a large balcony that gets sun from noon until evening. The apartment features a hallway with a built-in closet containing a vacuum cleaner, a large kitchen/living/dining area, and two separate bedrooms.
The cozy living area is furnished with a large sofa that offers enough space for the whole family. It also includes a rocking chair, a children’s table with small chairs and art supplies, a small coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.
The dining area is furnished with a table and four chairs, providing enough space for eating and playing.
The spacious built-in kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a stove with an oven. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker, as well as plenty of dishes, pots, and glasses, are also provided.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), two nightstands, and a small wardrobe.
The second bedroom/children’s room has two single beds (each 80 cm x 200 cm), a shelf with games, and a large sliding-door closet.
The large bathroom features a sink with an illuminated mirror cabinet, a shower, and a toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation rental. Bedding and towels are included in the rental price.
