Hello Charles, I want to express my gratitude for choosing to stay with us, and I appreciate the opportunity to host you. I understand your concerns, and I'd like to clarify that, as outlined in the Vrbo breakdown before booking, $400 of the $700 in fees covers Cape Cod Massachusetts state tax and Vrbo charges, none of which gets paid to me. Now, ensuring a thorough and impeccable cleaning for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house involves costs that exceed what I charge guests, and actually I personally cover the difference. Besides the full house deep cleaning, this cost includes professional dry cleaning of all linens and towels after each use. Cape Cod is a seasonal tourist destination and costs of hired helps are very high. Having said that, ensuring top notch cleanliness and hygiene, without compromise, is essential to me. I hope you recognize my efforts to strike a balance between providing an exceptional experience for guests and managing associated costs. I do appreciate your feedback. Spacious Wellfleet Rental with Great Outdoor Space
This Wellfleet house worked great for 4 adults and 4 kids! The swing set and outdoor patio are super awesome as is the outdoor shower after coming home from the beach. The house is super convenient to all the ponds and beaches. The beds were all SUPER comfy with soft bedding. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner/manager was super responsive to the few issues we had (there was a pretty major water leak while we were there and he was able to get it fixed in the same day and got us dinner for our inconvenience!) A few things worth noting: there's not a ton of hot water so for 8 people staying there you can't all shower back to back, the living room couch is ok for 3-4 people but not for all 8 of us to hang out, and the floors aren't insulated so you can hear everything above you from the two lower floors.

Loved this home!
This was the perfect vacation home for our multigenerational family, with plenty of room to relax inside and outdoors (including great fire pit for s’mores!). Wonderfully clean and well-equipped, with enough space for three couples and an outdoor play space that my grandchild loved! We walked to Gull Pond and Moby Dicks, and enjoyed early morning runs to Newcomb Hollow. Location is super-convenient. Indranil is a fantastic host, very responsive and shared very helpful info. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Wellfleet experience
Everything was in order when we arrived so (self) check in was a breeze. I loved the location but really loved the central A/C after the beds (they were the best I've ever found on cape vacations). Very good appliances in the kitchen where several of us could cook together, too. The deck was a popular space for grilling, eating and hanging. In the evenings, the cable service provided some great family movie time. Living room was a bit tight but comfortable enuf. The host and house are keepers.

It was a great stay. Our host was exceedingly lovely, generous and accommodating. The location was terrific. The bedrooms and the beds themselves were a high point. The kitchen was quite well appointed. Everything was clean and tidy, not cluttered. Our one real disappointment was that we were here in winter and knew we were going to do a lot of hanging out together indoors. The common area really is not set up to work for six adults lounging about reading and chatting for hours on end. There is just one (medium sized) couch and one chair. So we brought in two chairs from the deck (with permission) and took turns as to who could be on the couch. : ( The only other issue for us was that there is really no sound insulation at all between rooms or floors. In any event, we had a fabulous time and our hosts couldn't have been more gracious!

We were in town for a family wedding. First time in “the cape”. Perfect location for getting around. House has lots of amenities that we were not able to take advantage of. But the beds were comfortable and the house spacious enough for 5 adults with room to spare. Host was also very responsive and accommodating!

Great house, easily accessible to everything Wellfleet has to offer!
We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Indranil's home, which is in close proximity to ocean beaches and ponds and a short drive to bay beaches. The house was super clean upon our arrival and included most everything we needed. We took most of our showers in the outdoor shower, which was glorious! My daughter spent a lot of time swinging on the swing set and we enjoyed eating outdoors on the deck and using the fire pit for s'mores! Super comfy beds and linens and TVs with streaming services. We used the bedrooms upstairs for our family and the downstairs for guests, which worked out great! Would highly recommend this rental!

Brief but great stay in Wellfleet!
What a great location and property. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable for our small group of adults. So close to Gull Pond, Newcomb Hollow beach and the village of Wellfleet. 5 minutes or less travel to each. Everything worked as advertised and we enjoyed local takeout as well as kitchen-cooked meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a group
The house has plenty of room for three couples to spread out and be comfortable. The guests especially loved the comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. We love the location, close to Wellfleet center as well as the ponds and ocean beaches. As convenient as the property is to popular spots, it is private and quiet. The owner was very responsive to our questions and was easy to reach.

Beautiful home, great location, loved the visit
We had an excellent week here. The house is spacious and comfortable, with enough room for the family to spend time together or apart as needed. Indranil (the owner) was extremely responsive and kind. There are signs asking that we not wear shoes in the home, which makes sense with all of the mud from nearby hiking trails and sand from nearby beaches. If you visit during the off season, as we did, I would recommend that you bring slippers for chilly evenings. The house was everything we had hoped: the space was calming, the kids loved the playground, and the location was very convenient to Wellfleet but still private. If we are fortunate enough to return, I will certainly look here again; it really felt like a home.

We found Indranil’s home very comfortable for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked. The game table was lots of fun for the kids. Heat worked well, lots of hot water, plenty of TVs…a very lovely, off season stay. Communication about the house was thorough and the owner was flexible in accommodating our requests. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect if you want all things Wellfleet; gull pond, long pond, Calhoun hollow beach, wellfleet center/restaurants by the pier…and more! The host is very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great stay
Our stay was wonderful. Quick drive / bike ride to the beach. The beds felt like heaven….sleeping on a cloud. Indranil was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions. We enjoyed the fire pit out back but certain to bring BUG SPRAY! The mosquitos were god awful. Our only complaints were the lack Of beach towels or beach chairs but it was stated on the site they did not have any. I would rent again in a heart beat!

Hi Kasie, Thank you for providing your valuable feedback about how your stay has been wonderful at the property with a fantastic location and great amenities. Cape has a lot of woods and wetlands and Spring 2021 has been exceptionally rainy at the Cape which amplified the mosquito problem. My house is maintained by a professional mosquito and tick management company, and this year, they came back again after your stay, for a second mosquito treatment. I apologize for the inconvenience. I have had six renters since your stay, and all of them were able to enjoy the outside patio to the night. On the check in information that I provide to all guests, under "linens and towels" section, it does say that "beach towels are not provided". Beach chairs on the other hand, is indeed provided, and they are all stored in the big storage box that is next to the outdoor patio area. I wish you would have asked me for it over a call, and I could have easily directed you to the chair's location. Excellent location, perfect getaway!
We loved our stay on the Cape! We wish we could have stayed longer...lol. The house was nice and clean with plenty of supplies. A quick drive to both the bay are and Atlantic side. Having never been to the cape we weren't sure how easy it would be to get around. We went to P Town 2x, once for the ferry to Boston and a couple days later we went for a whale watch. Both were easy to get around....As far as the house goes, our 3 yr old LOVED the swingset. She never let us rest! LOL The outdoor spaces were nice to have a fire or have a meal on the deck. I think our only issue was the amount of stairs, which certainly can't be helped. But with a (stubborn) little kid it was something we had to watch out for all week. We ate out a couple times but did cook a lot at the house. We used both grills and made all our breakfasts there. The owners were very attentive and easy to reach. We hope to return to the Cape someday and will definitely look into this location again! Thanks so much!

We traveled with two toddlers and four adults and had plenty of space. House was very clean and comfortable. We did find that you could hear everything going on on the second floor fr the upstairs. But other than that the house was great. Host was fantastic and super responsive to questions. Gave great tips to entertain the little ones during our stay. The outdoor firepit was great! The playground was also a great feature.

Highly Recommend!
I rented this beautiful property to safely celebrate my 30th birthday and was not disappointed! The house was lovely and had everything we needed to feel right at home for our 5 night get away. I stayed with 3 other people and loved the multi floor layout and big eating area. The best part about renting this property was the fantastic host who was extremely thorough with details not only about the house but was also filled with suggestions and information about things to do around the area. I would be happy to rent this home again and highly recommend this host!

We really enjoyed staying at the house. It was perfectly situated where we were close to different sites but also had the privacy to stay at the house. We used the outdoor fireplace both nights we were there. It was a nice place to relax. It was a short drive to the beach (Newcomb Hollow) and a short drive to Mayo Beach. There was plenty of room for our family and grandchildren. The swing set and play house gave the two little ones a place to exert their energy. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Property for Vacation Week
This property was an excellent choice for our two families to stay for a week in the summer. Amazing location close to beautiful Newcomb Hollow Beach, Gull Pond, and Wellfleet Center. There are multiple places to gather at kitchen table, on main level deck, and the fire pit area. Outdoor shower was a real plus for washing off after a day at the beach. The swing set is an added bonus that entertained our little kids for hours when we were not at the beach. Beds are new and extremely comfortable with multiple 4K TVs in 2 bedrooms and on main floor. The owner is extremely gracious and was available at anytime when I had questions via text or phone and be made communicating so easy from booking to departure. We made almost every dinner at home due to the current circumstances and kitchen contained all new appliances with plenty of cooking utensils and cookware. We greatly appreciated the Weber gas grill on the porch. A wonderful place to stay that makes you feel at home.

A bit uneasy with current Covid situation and travel arrangements, however this house was SPOTLESS when we showed up and the owner contacted me two days prior to make sure I had all of the information upfront and any questions prior to my check-in. Easy process from start to finish and Indranil was a great host and very easy to work with and contact during our stay. Kids enjoyed the playground and adults enjoyed the firepit area and quiet backyard setting. Great spot, very nice house ! Will book again in the future.

Amazing stay. We'll go back again
We had a great stay at this house. Especially in the time of COVID we were very comfortable with the level of cleaning and accommodations. We traveled with our two kids, grandparents and our friend. There was enough room for everyone. I had to work for a couple of days from there and when we asked the owner if it's alright for me to enter the house earlier so I can take a meeting, he went above and beyond to make the cleaning crew finish sooner and he even brought a desk for me. He also sent us an email with all the details about the house and places around that was helpful to us. The house is very comfortable... it has a large deck and a great back yard perfect for relaxing and also for kids. The outdoor shower is amazing as well. The location is great. It's close to a lake and two great beaches. There's also a good seafood restaurant walking distance from the house. Overall we had a wonderful and much needed relaxing stay. We will definitely go back.

This place was a little slice of heaven! Indranil was an amazing host. He stocked the house with spices and olive oil prior to our stay. He was also very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. The house it’s self was a great little secluded retreat very close to the beach and ponds. The bikes were a great edition for getting the beach and exploring. It was also great to know that Indranil has professionally cleaners come in and deep clean the house after each rental. He also ensured that there were no renters three days prior to our stay which also gave us peace of mind renting during these tough times.

Magical Week in a Tree House
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sagarika. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees, and when we sat on the deck and listened to the wind through the leaves, we really felt like we were staying in a tree house! Lots of sun and light in the house as well. The space was very clean and very comfortable. Our host was welcoming, gracious, and responsive. The location is fantastic! Gull Pond is one mile away...and several beaches are also close by! Don't miss White Crest Beach! One night, we made smores over the fire in the outdoor fireplace, and that was just one of many memories we will cherish for years to come. Wellfleet is a magical place, and our "tree house" added to our family's memorable stay on the Cape.

Perfect Home for a Perfect Vacation
I would highly recommend this vacation rental. We had a perfect stay at this property. I can say enough positive comments. The two things that really stand out are; the location to the many freshwater ponds in Wellfleet, like Gull Pond, Great Pond and Long Pond, and the small things that really make it fun for kids and easy for parents like the swing set, playroom, 4k tvs, crib in the mast bedroom, two full baths. Really just an excellent place to stay in Wellfleet. We hope to return again as soon as possible!!

We love Wellfleet and 216 Gull Pond Road is perfect in proximity to the Town's Ocean, Pond, and Bay Beaches, as well as town center and only a short ride to PTown. Stayed for a week in July for a family gathering. The house is spacious and easily accommodated 6 adults and two three year olds. The house is immaculate. The kitchen was everything you need and more. The location is perfect so close to the harbor, downtown , bay, pond and ocean beaches. Indranil was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any problems or questions. The house had everything you need to enjoy the Cape in the summer: beach chairs, bikes, barbecues, a fire pit, outside shower etc.

Such a great place for families!
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Very family friendly with nice touches throughout. For example, the backyard swing set was a huge hit with our young kids and provided a much needed break for the adults while cooking nightly dinner. We also used the 2 bikes that were provided to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail - highly recommended! We were also pleasantly surprised by the comfortable mattresses. A nice bonus. Very conveniently located to everything in Wellfleet and a short drive to Provincetown. My interactions with the owner were great and he and his wife went out of his way to make sure everything was accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

This newly renovated property makes for a fine vacation site for a multi-generational family. There is a play apparatus outside and game table inside for kids and relaxation area outside for everyone. The house is well equipped and it is conveniently located near Gull Pond and Newcomb Hollow. The owner is very attentive to renters' needs and very available. It seemed a bit smaller than the photos suggested and the game table is not part of a separate room, as I expected, but is in the small bedroom. Overall though it is a well-maintained, clean and comfortable property and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Sagarika. The house itself was very clean and well laid out inside and out, and didn't leave us wanting for anything. The neighborhood is tranquil and the road sees very little traffic. Our stay would have been impeccable if only there were some bath essentials like shampoo and body wash, but other than that, we were very happy! You too will enjoy your stay here, I'm sure.

We had a wonderful time enjoying our Thanksgiving at this lovely home. The layout of the home was great for our family gathering. The owner, Indranil, was more than accommodating and welcoming. Lovely Home, Great Location!
We had a great weekend in Cape Cod! We really enjoyed our time in Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown (P-town). We spent time on the bay and Atlantic beaches. The home is in the woods which provided a quiet, relaxing place to come back home. We enjoyed the fire pit area too. The owners were very helpful with recommendations for the area and quick to respond to any question. We had some travel challenges due to Hurricane Florence at home, and Indranil was very helpful and flexible in our changing arrival needs due to the storm. The home is beautiful and very clean. The layout was as described and worked out great for our family. The younger children stayed downstairs with the electronic magnet which they loved! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other needed supplies. They had all necessary appliances too. We cooked breakfast and dinner at home and ate fresh local seafood the entire weekend! We had a small issue with a kitchen sink leak. Indranil was very responsive and helpful in resolving it quickly. We were fine but he went out of his way to ensure that everything was okay and to follow-up with us. The queen beds were comfortable - mattresses and pillows were clean and new. We really appreciated the linens and towels being provided. There is a small fan in each bedroom closet too. The home had many nice features that we enjoyed during our stay. We had fun with Alexa and watching movies on the large TVs. The decks were nice to sit and enjoy the quietness of the area. We had beautiful warm weather, and the central AC unit worked great. It was our first time visiting the Cape! We loved it, and had a wonderful visit! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We would stay here again if in the area.

Had a great Labor Day weekend in this house with my three siblings and our spouses. The house was very comfortable and in a great location. The owner was very accommodating with our changing schedule and quick to answer our house questions.

Perfect location and excellent choice for 2 families
This beautiful, well-furnished home surrounded by woods offered a perfect location for two families to share a Cape vacation. The two sleeping areas (two bedrooms each) are separated by an open kitchen/dining/lounging area for friends to gather and enjoy cooking and fun. In close proximity to the ocean beach, bay, and many ponds we had an array of swimming options. The owners are lovely- responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. You will absolutely love your stay here.
