The accommodation is spread across two exquisitely designed properties and offers a private spa experience complete with a sauna, a spa pool and bookable treatments – perfect for full-on relaxation and indulgence. If you fancy mixing things up, you’ll find a paintball centre just 3 miles away, or you can enjoy peaceful walks at the bird-filled Summer Leys Nature Reserve (4 miles). Visit New Lodge Vineyard (6 miles) for wine and honey tasting in a picturesque setting overlooking the Nene Valley. For shopping and dining, vibrant Northampton is just 11.5 miles down the road. Or visit Rushden Lakes (9 miles) for a unique blend of shopping, dining, leisure and nature trails.


The accommodation is split across two buildings: the main house and a separate annex, offering flexibility and privacy for guests. The interiors are warm and elegant, with natural wood finishes and a calming, spa-like atmosphere throughout. It’s ideal for hen parties, birthday celebrations, or any excuse to unwind together in comfort. In the main house are five comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a further two shower rooms within the on-site spa area. You’ll love the sociable layout, with a large kitchen with a central island, a range cooker for cooking up a storm, plus a coffee machine for your morning cuppa. Just off the kitchen is a generous dining room with space for all 16 guests to gather. If none of you want to miss out on the conversation, you can hire a private chef, by arrangement with the owner. There is also a cosy living room in each building for film nights or catch-ups over a glass of wine. Across the garden, a second building houses three more king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, providing extra privacy and comfort.


Outside, a large semi-enclosed garden provides a sunny space for al fresco relaxing. For the adults, there’s patio furniture for relaxing on, and for any children, there are swings and a large lawn. There is plenty of free parking available.
